    To recognize an entity as a state is to acknowledgethat it has an international legal right of territorialintegrity (in turn that the land is not someone elses).

    De Jure States An organization is recognized as having sovereignty over and

    being the legitimate government of a territory over which theyhave no actual control.

    1. Give you at the time ofadmission a written summary of: your health care decision-making

    rights. Different per state
