• Self employment involves creation of personal legal income generation activities/activity. For instance Mr. Thomas a graduate can employ himself in fruit and vegetable shop, internet café, Tutoring, Halls for meeting and ceremonies, Bricks making, Knife Sharpeners, Waste collection, Solar energy shop, Agro vet shop, Pads shop, SACCOS, Fast milling machine, Cleaning services in different relevant places with other partners of his choice.

Business idea generation

• Any business idea can be drawn from experiences basing on different life perspective, surveying your local community, scanning business sector and scale, observing challenges and demands around the community , reading government development strategies, passing through different published researches and brainstorming.

Business idea screening

• The business idea at hand should be able to answer the followings;• Which needs will be fulfilled? E.g.(Barber shop)• what good or service will be offered for sale? E.g.(Hair cuts)• Who is likely business customers? E.g.( population around)• How selling process will be made? E.g.( pull & push strategy)• what the business impacts to the environment? E.g.( hygienic)
