FEATURES OF CRP APPROACH
SHG Formation by Community Resource Persons (CRPs)
CRPs are women SHG members,
who have come out of poverty
Should have benefitted socially and economically, through SHG.
May or may not be literate. No involvement of Departmental Staff in formation of
SHGs Through this approach, Poor come out of poverty in 6-8
years.
