Well-Being (I) ခမးသာသခ (၁)

Happiness and well-being are actually best regarded as skills. ေပာ႐ႊငမႈန႔ ခမးသာသခတ႔ဟာ တကယေတာ အရညအခငးေတြအျဖစ အေကာငးဆး

အေလးထားသငပါတယ။ Richard Davidson

Well-Being ခမးသာသခ • It is crucial that we take our own well being into account and we take

care of ourselves. ကြၽနေတာတ႔ရ႕ခမးသာသခဟာ ကြၽနေတာတ႔ဂ႐စကမႈန႔ ကယကယကယဂ႐စကမႈတ႔က အေရးပါပါတယ။

• We cannot take care of others, unless we take care of ourselves first. ကြၽနေတာတ႔ကယကယကယသာ အရငဆးဂ႐မစကရင အျခားသေတြက ဂ႐စကႏငမာ မဟတဘး။

• This may be professionally, personally, and physically. အဒါဟာ အလပအကငအရ၊ ကယေရးကယတာအရန႔ ခႏၶာကယအရ ျဖစႏငပါတယ။

• Put yourself in a positive state of mind. သငကယသငေကာငးမြနတစတအေျခအေနမာ ထားရရပါမယ။

• A positive well-being leads to a positive and fulfilled life. ခမးသာသခဟာ ေကာငးမြနၿပး စတခမးသာတဘဝတစခက ဦးတညေစပါတယ။

Emotional Intelligence ႏလးရညထကျမကမႈ • Emotional intelligence is a concept associated with one’s ability to

control, evaluate, and perceive emotions. ႏလးရညထကျမကမႈဟာ လတစေယာကရ႕ သ႔ခစားမႈေတြကသဖ႔၊ သးသပႏငဖ႔န႔ ထနးခပႏငဖ႔အတြက လအပတ အရညအခငးန႔ သကဆငတအယအဆ ျဖစတယ။

• It can be learned over time. အဒါက အခနတစခကယၿပး သငယႏငတယ။ • Emotional awareness is part of emotional intelligence.

ခစားမႈက သျခငးဟာ ႏလးရညထကျမကမႈရ႕ အစတအပငးျဖစတယ။

• This is when you can identify yours and others emotions as well as have the ability to harness and manage emotions. အဒါဟာသငအေနန႔ သငကယတငန႔ အျခားသေတြရ႕ ခစားမႈေတြက ဆနးစစႏငသလ အဒခစားမႈေတြက ထနးေကာငးစမ ႏငစြမးရျခငးက ဆလတယ။

Emotional Intelligence Has Four Factors ႏလးရညထကျမကမႈမာ အခက ၄ ခကပါဝငတယ။ • Perceiving emotions

ခစားမႈေတြက သျခငး၊

• Understanding emotions ခစားမႈေတြက နားလညျခငး၊

• Reasoning with emotions ခစားခကေတြရ႕အေၾကာငးရငးက ရာေဖြျခငး၊

• Managing emotions ခစားခကေတြက စမခန႔ခြျခငး၊

Stress Management စတဖစးမႈက စမခန႔ခြျခငး၊ • To manage stress, we must understand what it is.

စတဖစးမႈက စမခန႔ခြဖ႔ဆရင ကြၽနေတာတ႔ဟာ အဒါကဘာလဆတာက သကသဖ႔လတယ။

• It is any chemical, emotional, or physical factor that causes either bodily or mental unrest. အဒါဟာ ခႏၶာကယ ဒါမမဟတ စတကမတညမၿငမျဖစေစတ ဘယလအရာဝတ ဒါမမဟတ ခစားမႈန႔ ဓာတေဗဒ အေၾကာငးရငး ျဖစတယ။

• Stress will always be there, but there are ways to learn to manage and minis it. စတဖစးမႈဟာ အၿမတမးရေနႏငတယ။ ဒါေပမယ အဒါက ေလာခဖ႔န႔ စမခန႔ခြႏငဖ႔က သငယဖ႔နညးလမးေတြ ရတယ။

• Individuals who create strong social support networks are less likely to experience high levels of stress than those who do not have the support. အားေကာငးတ လမႈေရး အေထာကအပကြနရကေတြ ရတသေတြဟာ အေထာကအပ မရတသေတြထက စတဖစးမႈ ႀကးႀကးမားမားက ႀကေတြ႕ရႏငေျခ နညးတယ။

• Stress can be caused by internal and external factors. စတဖစးမႈဟာ အတြငး၊ အျပင အေၾကာငးရငးေတြေၾကာင ျဖစေပၚႏငတယ။

Internal Factors Include အတြငးမာ အေၾကာငးရငးေတြထမာ ဘာေတြပါဝငလဆရင • Your body’s ability to deal with stress,

သငခႏၶာကယရ႕ စတဖစးမႈက ရငဆငႏငစြမး

• Your overall health, သငရ႕ အလးစကနးမာမႈ

• Emotional well-being, သငခစားမႈ ေကာငးမြနမႈ

• Sleep အပစကျခငး

• Nutrition status. အာဟာရျပညဝမႈ အေျခအေန

External Factors Include ျပငပက အေၾကာငးရငးေတြထမာ ဘာေတြပါဝငလဆရင • Your Physical Environment

• Your job သငရ႕အလပ

• Your Home သငရ႕အမ

• Your relationships သငရ႕ဆကစပပတသကမႈမား

Techniques To Manage Stress: စတဖစးမႈက စမခန႔ခြႏငမယ နညးလမးမား • Relaxation Techniques - Yoga, Guided Visualisation, Meditation

အနားယသညနညးလမးမား - ေယာဂကငျခငး၊ လမးၫႊနေပးသည ျမငေယာငျခငးေလကငခနး၊ တရားထငျခငး၊

• Time Management skills အခနက စမခန႔ခြသည အရညအခငးမား

• Counseling ေဆြးေႏြးအႀကေပးျခငး၊

• Exercise ေလကငခနးျပလပျခငး၊

Optimism အေကာငးျမငျခငး • Look on the bright side of things and enjoy the benefits of it.

ကစၥရပေတြက အေကာငးဘကကေန ၾကညၿပး အဒလၾကညျခငးရ႕ အကးေကးဇးေတြက ခစားပါ။

• And optimistic person is hopeful. အေကာငးျမငတသဟာ ေမာလငခကထားတယ။

• They look for the best in things and people. လေတြန႔ အရာဝတေတြအေပၚမာ အေကာငးဆးေတြက ရာေဖြတယ။

• It’s a positive way to live that provides benefits. အဒါဟာ အကးေကးဇးေတြရရေစတ ေကာငးမြနတနညးလမး ျဖစတယ။

• An optimistic person expects the best, believes it will happen, but also works for it to happen. အေကာငးျမငတသဟာ အေကာငးဆးက ေမာလငတယ။ အဒါျဖစလာလမမယလ႔ ယၾကညတယ။ ၿပးေတာ အဒအတငး ျဖစလာေအာငလညး ႀကးစားတယ။

• An optimistic person does not sit around hoping something will happen for them without any effort. အေကာငးျမငတသဟာ ဘာမမႀကးစားဘ တစစတစခေတာျဖစလာမာပလ႔ ထငၿပး ေမာလငေနတာမးက မျပလပဘး။

Habits of Optimistic People အေကာငးျမငတသေတြရ႕ အေလအကငမား • Gracious

ယဥေကးသမေမြ႕တယ။

• Forgiving ခြငလႊတတတတယ။

• Good Listeners နားေထာငေကာငးတသမား ျဖစၾကတယ။

• Smiles often မၾကာခဏၿပးတယ။

• Exercises and eats healthy ေလကငခနးေတြလပၿပး ကနးမာေအာငစားေသာကတယ။

• A forward thinker ေရ႕က ေမာေတြးတသျဖစတယ။

• Does not blame others တျခားသေတြက အျပစမတငဘး။

Benefits of Being Optimistic အေကာငးျမငတအတြက အကးေကးဇးမား • Healthier heart

ႏလးပၿပး ကနးမာတယ။

• Better stress management tendencies စတဖစးမႈက ပၿပးေကာငးမြနစြာ စမခန႔ခြႏငေျခမားတယ။

• Lower risk for stroke ေလျဖတႏငေျခနညးတယ။

Fun & Happiness ေပာ႐ႊငျမႇးထးျခငး • Happy people live life to the fullest. They are prepared for life and

enjoy life. ေပာ႐ႊငတသေတြဟာ ဘဝက သကတမးေစေနထငၾကတယ။ သတ႔ဟာ ဘဝအတြက ျပငဆငထားၾကၿပး ဘဝက ေပာ႐ႊငၾကတယ။

• The key to a long life is happiness. Only you can make yourself happy. အသကရညတဘဝရ႕ ေသာခကဟာ ေပာ႐ႊငမႈျဖစတယ။ သငက ေပာေအာင လပေပးႏငတသဟာ သငကယတငပ ျဖစတယ။

• Others can help, but it is you who truly can decide if you are going to live as a happy person or a sad person. တျခားသေတြက ကညႏငေပမယ သငဟာ ဘဝက ေပာ႐ႊငတသတစေယာက ဒါမမဟတ ဝမးနညးတသ တစေယာကအျဖစ ျဖတသနးသြားမလားဆတာက သငကယတငပ ဆးျဖတႏငတယ။

• Make the decision and decide you want happiness. သငေပာ႐ႊငမႈက လခငတယလ႔ ဆးျဖတၿပး ဆးျဖတခကက ခပါ။

• Have fun in life, try new things, be adventurous. ဘဝမာေပာ႐ႊငပါ။ အသစေတြက လပၾကညပါ။ စြန႔စားၾကညပါ။

• Laugh out loud. Do it often. Laughter is known to help increase a person’s health. ရယေမာပါ။ မၾကာခဏလပပါ။ ရယေမာျခငးဟာ လတစေယာကရ႕ ကနးမာေရးက တးတကေစတယလ႔ သၾက ပါတယ။

Ways To Be Happier ေပာ႐ႊငဖ႔အတြက နညးလမးမား • Accept that life is not perfect

ဘဝဟာမျပညစဘးဆတာက လကခပါ။

• Do not take yourself seriously သငအတြက သငအရမးက မစးရမပါန႔။

• Appreciate yourself သငကယသင ေကးဇးတငပါ။

• Have goals that mean something to you သငအတြက အဓပၸာယရတပနးတငမားက သတမတပါ။

၁။ သငမာ ရေနတတတ မေကာငးတ စတခစားမႈေတြက ဘာေတြလ။

၂။ သငက ဘယလအေျခအေနေတြက စတဖစးမႈေတြက ျဖစေစႏငမလ။

၃။ သငမာ ရတ မေကာငးတစတခစားမႈေတြ၊ စတဖစးမႈေတြက သငလကလႊတလကသငတအေၾကာငးရငးေတြက ဘာေတြျဖစမလ။
