2. 2. Can you imagine that fellas? The term selfie was named as The Word Of The Year thanks to the Australian man that invented the term selfie from a drunken accident. The word Selfie comes from a 21-year-old Australian man that was credited for inventing the term selfie after a drunken accident in 2002. Actually the hash tag #selfie has been used for over 57 million users on facebook. The word was named the Word Of The Year by Oxford Dictionary on 2013.
