Having exclusive use promises a unique occasion, offering you a high degree of privacy and unrivalled flexibility throughout the day.

Exclusive use of our house starts at 12.00pm on the intended day of arrival and ends after breakfast time the following morning.

EXCHANGING OF VOWS WEDDING BREAKFAST & EVENING RECEPTIONWe offer a selection of stylish and versatile rooms including a large marquee for your special day and we can adapt the layout to suit your individual requirements to bring your dreams to life.

GAZEBO Perfect for the outdoor ceremony, situated in the heart of the garden with the river as its stunning backdrop (licenced).

PRIORY RESTAURANT A Traditional wood panelled room with exquisite period windows can hold ceremonies and wedding breakfasts for up to 70 people.

COPELAND SUITEAnother traditional room with clear natural lighting and large windows with space for the ceremony or reception for 50 people.

MARQUEE & GARDENSOur fabulous, luxury marquee is a permanent fixture for most of the year, we have beautiful linings, solid flooring and carpets and heating. We also have a proper bar in here so makes it a completely self- contained experience. Large enough to host wedding breakfasts for 150 and licenced for 200 for large celebrations.

CONSERVATORY LOUNGE & BARA beautifully light room with vaulted ceiling and ceiling to floor windows with stunning views and leading directly into the garden, perfect for your reception drinks and welcome area.


FOOD AND DRINKCombining delicious flavours, fresh ingredients, innovative menus and gorgeous presentation, we will make sure you and your guests dine on wonderful food throughout your big day, from three and four course meals to gourmet buffets, our team can tailor menus to your individual needs and cater for all different dietary requirements.

We also partner with carefully selected kosher caterers and specialist Asian caterers for large events, weddings and other celebrations so please ask should you require this information.

WEDDING PLANNINGTo assist you in organising your big day, our expert and experienced wedding planners are on hand to help and guide you through every decision, from table arrangements to food options, we’ll ensure the planning process is enjoyable and stress-free from start to finish.

MAKING IT EXCLUSIVELY YOURSHere at Sella Park Country House Hotel we work with a variety of wedding specialists who can assist with the big day, from stationery and decorations to photographers and cars. We can also advise on the nearest churches and registry offices.

YOUR LITTLE GUESTS We’ll prepare healthy and tasty meals for your little guests. Family rooms and cots are also available if required, just speak to your Wedding Planner. Children over 12 years of age who are sharing their parent’s rooms will carry a supplement charge. We can also advise on entertainers and additional items to keep these special guests entertained throughout.

THE END OF THE NIGHTYour guests’ bedrooms will range from cosy standard rooms to large decadent feature rooms, split between the main house and the Grange. Special rates for your event are available and can be arranged with your wedding planner. We have a wonderful honeymoon suite for the happy couple the perfect place to relax.

To keep your planning as easy and simple as possible, we have created some unique packages, this is by no means exhaustive and you are more than welcome to add your own finishing touches to match your exact requirements.

We can of course offer a complete bespoke package which would be discussed on enquiry with one of our team we just need you to tell us what your perfect looks like, We can offer BBQ’s, hog roasts and buffets so please don’t hesitate to ask as this is your day – your way.

We have a lovely wine cellar and can offer drinks packages in addition and can arrange should you wish inclusive bars for evening receptions- even Prosecco Vans, Ice Cream Stands and Themed Celebrations can be catered for. We also have an extensive list of additional items we can add to your package to make it that extra bit special.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT…….One of our experienced wedding and event planners will help you plan your perfect wedding day from beginning to end.

Once you have viewed the full venue, discussed options and decided on a date, we can hold this date for 14 days with no obligation.

To confirm your date and the venue a non-refundable deposit of £500.00 will be required, this will then secure your perfect day, following this you will be sent two contracts along with our terms and conditions for you to peruse and return a copy, this will also include the payment structures and option available to you.

We will send through a suggested plan for your day, this can then be your working document which will be updated throughout the planning for your wedding celebrations with both sides having copies.

Once you have made a provisional booking, if you choose to marry in one of our venues, it will be necessary for you to make contact with our local registry office who will advise you of the formal arrangements required for your ceremony. A fee will be payable for the services of the Registrars and this is made directly to them prior to the ceremony. The registry office will be able to advise you of all the specific details. Please note, the booking of the registrar is your responsibility. When you have signed and retuned your contract, your wedding countdown really has started. As your day approaches, we will assist with the selection of menus, drinks and advise on all the important touches to make your day run smoothly. We understand most details are ready to be finalised two months prior to your wedding day, however your wedding planner will be available for any queries or questions you may have or assistance you may require at any point. How little or how often this is, is entirely down to you.

All prices in this brochure include VAT at 20% and are correct at the time of print but may be subject to change.
