1. Seller grade is a grading system that encourages 11street sellers to manage their customer satisfaction and service quality levels. The grade is calculated on the first day of every month and is determined based on Seller Credibility Score and sales amount for the previous one month.

2. Grade 1 and Grade 2 sellers will have the 'Power Seller' icon displayed next to their Product Listing or in Product Details page.
