Is subdividing on CCTs allowed in The Gentry Corporate Plaza?No. Subdividing of CCTs is not allowed as stipulated in the Master Deed of Declaration and Restrictionsfor The Gentry Corporate Plaza.

Is The Gentry Corporate Plaza for lease?No. The Gentry Corporate Plaza is an office for sale. Leasing activities shall be for the account of the owner and will be subject to restrictions of the Master Deed and House Rules imposed by the Condominium Corporation.

Is ownership perpetual? Yes. Ownership of the unit will be transferred to the buyer upon full payment of the purchase price and execution of the Deed of Absolute Sale for the specific unit.
