Determine which services and keywords have the most valuable cost-per-click value. For this, use the following tools:

When using the aforementioned tools on the previous page to determine the CPC for services and keywords, pay close attention and be sure you use exact match search.

Keyword tools provide 3 different match options:

● Broad Match: Broadest search that includes misspellings , synonyms, related searches, and other relevant variations

● Phrase Match: More targeted search that includes variations surrounding or made up of keywords

● Exact Match: Most targeted search that focuses on exact search or close variations of exact search

Now, create a spreadsheet, and list and sort the services and keywords from most to least valuable.

Here’s another tip in identifying an approximate annualized domain value. It’s not foolproof, but I’ve used it from time to time.

Multiply the number of monthly searches for the keyword and by the CPC value, and multiply by 12.

Again, this is not foolproof but a very broad start. Remember, the geo has not been applied. Applying the geo could lower the amount based on geo business and population.

I recommend using GoDaddy’s Bulk Search to determine availability of geo service and keyword domains. It takes up to 500 domains per search.

Be on the lookout for domains that appear to be available to register. Sometimes domains are marked available when they are listed as premium domains for sale.

Simply enter the entire geo service and keyword domain, the geo, or the service/keyword into the auction search. Review the listings the auction search returns and act accordingly:

● You may find domains with buy-it-now pricing. If so, then buy immediately or take your chances

and wait for domain(s) to drop from $11 to $5.

● Or, you may have to bid if the domain has bids and time remaining. AGAIN, SET A BUDGET SO

YOU DON’T OVER INVEST.

● If you see a domain in auction with no bids, then I recommend not bidding and waiting until it

goes into buy-it-now or closeout pricing.
