How to Track RFQs You Have Quoted?

TIP:

If there is no relative product in your account whi

ch you quoted, our industry expert will fail to forw

ard your quotation to the buyer.

Suppliers who have had 5 or more quotations rejected for failing to adhere to RFQ

requirements within any continuous 7day period will not be allowed to submit new

quotations to any RFQ for 1 week starting from the date of the last rejection.

Some Tips for RFQs

1. Why can't I submit a quotation after clicking on 'Quote Now'?

1) The RFQ has expired. The expiration date is set by the buyer.

2) The RFQ has reached its maximum quotation quota of ten.

3) The RFQ has been closed by the buyer. Before the RFQ expires or reaches its

quotation limit, the buyer can choose not to receive any more quotations by closing it.

2. Why was my quotation rejected?

1) Quotation information does not match the RFQ

The product, size, material, MOQ and/or other product details in your quotation does not match

the requirements stated in the RFQ.

2) Key information missing from quotation

The information provided in the quotation do not contain enough details. We recommend that

you provide detailed product information and relevant certifications in your quotation to

professionally represent your expertise.

3) Main product line does not match RFQ

4) Attachment(s) are missing from the quotation

5) You were involved in cases of fraud or complaint case or violated our product listing

policies in the past 6 months.

6) Brand name products related

If a quotation contains information or photos related to a brand name product and the supplier

fails to provide any valid documentation to prove that they are authorized to sell/manufacture

the product, the quotation will be rejected.

Quotation Express- Another Way to Reach More Buyers

1.What is Quotation Express (QE) & Benefits

Quotation Express gives active suppliers the ability to send their quotations directly to

buyers, and also gives them immediate access to the contact information for buyers.

2. How do you get QE status?

Suppliers must have met the following criteria during the previous three months:

I. Successfully submitted at least 1 quotation each month Or Current Response Rate≥80%

II. At least 90% of supplier’s quotations must have been approved AND have had no more

than 4 quotations declined by buyers.

III. The Buyer Action Rate must be ≥25%.
