Data Migration Project

Project Name: Migrating Retail Speakeasy & Legacy Magapath Customers to Global Capacity Corporation (Dec 2014 – Mar 2015)

Written the validation script to validate the extracted source input data for migration.

Written the C scripts to migrate account / service / purchased product / historical notes

information.

Written Java scripts to migrate payment information “credit card and debit card payment

info”.

Written the pl SQL procedures to finalize the net 30, net 60, net 90 of balanced due bill

amount.

Written the test cases for unit testing after performing migration.

Project Name: Total Bill to Wholesale BRM migration

(Apr 2015 – July 2016)

Written the SQL script to extract the data from the source database.

Analyzed the billing hierarchical design of parent and child relationships on source billing

system and BRM system then configured those hierarchical were exactly match with BRM

billing design.

Created new Non-recurring revenue / Monthly recurring revenue deal and products for

source billing systems products.

Added new fields on existing custom storable class to differentiate the migrated account list

from the regular one.

Modified the existing reporting scripts/ the invoice generation scripts to add the migrated

relevant report.

Project Name: CLM Migration (Dec 2015 – Jan 2016)

Written the Java utility to get the geocode location by using PCM_OP_RATE_POL_TAX_CALC

for international and USA customers.

Modified the policy opcode to run the tax utility two times for each billable rated event to

the interstate customers and apply the tax for 50 % for one state and another 50% tax for

other state info.

Created the 1-month cycle advance product to the advance billing customers.

Got and implement the Tax and Gl code from the finance and Tax team and update in gl and

tax files and uploaded into BRM system by using load the BRM relevant utilities.

Telecom Product Intro Project Project Name: Esa National T1 (Apr 2015 – Jun 2015)

To understand the business requirements and prepared the project POC

To analyzed the billing flow from ordering system to billing system through java interface.

To understand the all events are triggered from eagle system and ttDispatch system

regarding the new products.

To got the Gl and Tax code from finance and tax team by using the forwarded Product

catalog file by me.

Created MRR and NRR product for descript the new product by using pricing center.

Created the PCT file for primary and backup product and forward to the finance/tax team to

get the gl and tax code before the creation of the product.

Worked with “connect team” and analyzed, modified the billing data flow from User

interface design and billing system to show the primary and backup product pricing with the

single structure.

Modified the invoice generation script to show the backup product with the primary product

after rating those.

Application Integration Project Project Name: OSSI Integration (Jul 2015 – Oct 2015)

Got the complete knowledge transfer of the source billing system.

Analyzed the existing functionality which similar with source and destination and which is

not.

Modified the custom policy opcode and custom opcode to fulfill which is not.

Written the new pl SQL script and the shell script to provide the newly formatted reports.

Modified the invoice script to generate two different type of invoicing by using single utility.

Created the new events from ordering system to maintain integrated billing application.

Created the new Pl SQL packages and the shell script to generate the Tax reports with the

different format for the integrated application.

Uploaded the pricing for the new product created to support that integrated application

customers.
