Tentang Konsorsium Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dalam semua bidang ilmu terus mengalami perkembangan. Perguruan tinggi, melalui tridharma-nya, memiliki fungsi dan tanggung jawab dalam menjaga kemurnian ilmu melalui dharma penelitian dan untuk selanjutnya menyebarluaskan pengetahuan dan teknologi tersebut agar bermanfaat bagi kehidupan manusia. Untuk itu, sejumlah perguruan tinggi yang ada di bawah koordinasi dan bimbingan Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi Wilayah 3 DKI Jakarta (”LLDIKTI Wlayah 3 DKI Jakarta”) membentuk konsorsium bidang ilmu, dengan salah satunya yaitu ilmu bisnis, dengan tujuan meningkatkan mutu publikasi karya ilmiah, sebaran ilmu pengetahuan, transfer of knowledge antar perguruan tinggi dan meningkatkan kolaborasi.” Pada kesempatan ini, Konsorsium Publikasi Ilmiah Bidang Ilmu Bisnis (KPBIB) mewujudkan kegiatannya dalam bentuk Seminar Nasional. Seminar ini menjadi sarana untuk melakukan diseminasi hasil penelitian dan kolaborasi penelitian dengan tema “Menata Ulang Strategi Bisnis pada Era Pasca Pandemi Covid-19: Peran Penelitian Bisnis dalam Mengidentifikasi Peluang dan Mengantisipasi Risiko”. Tujuan utama penyelenggaraan seminar nasional ini yaitu untuk menyediakan forum ilmiah dan memfasilitasi pertukaran informasi yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian dan pemerkayaan (enrichment) ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di bidang ilmu bisnis. Hal tersebut dilakukan melalui pemaparan dan diskusi mendalam tentang hasil penelitian, konsep pemikiran, dan penarapannya dalam kegiatan bisnis. Penyelenggaraan kegiatan ini juga dimaksudkan, selain sebagai bentuk realisasi erjanjian kerja sama (PKS) antara KPIBIB dengan LLDIKTI Wilayah 3 DKI Jakarta, juga untuk memberikan motivasi dan inspirasi bagi mahasiswa dan dosen dalam melakukan penelitian sebagai bahan utama dalam proses pendidikan dan pengajaran serta bahasan pokok dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Lebih jauh lagi, kegiatan ini juga dapat bermanfaat untuk memperkenalkan keberadaan dan kontribusi lembaga pendidikan tinggi serta akademisi bidang ilmu bisnis pada tataran nasional. Pada kesempatan ini, Seminar Nasional dilaksanakan secara luring dan juga daring di Kampus F8 Universitas Gunadarma, Depok, Jawa Barat, pada hari Rabu, 9 Juni 2021.

Sambutan Ketua Panitia Pelaksana Bismillahirrahmanirrahiim. Assalaamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.

Pada awal 2021, geliat kehidupan akademik perguruan tinggi swasta (PTS) di lingkungan Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi Wilayah 3 DKI Jakarta (”LLDIKTI Wlayah 3 DKI Jakarta”) digairahkan dengan wacana pembentukan konsorsium seminar keilmuan. Ide tersebut awalnya digagas dan dicanangkan oleh Kepala LLDIKTI Wilayah III DKI Jakarta, Prof. Dr. Agus Setyobudi, MSc. Setelah melalui sejumlah pertemuan dan pertukaran pikiran dan gagasan, serta persamaan persepsi yang secara intens dilakukan, akhirnya terbentuklah 11 konsorsium bidang ilmu. Satu di antara 11 konsorsium tersebut adalah Konsorsium Publikasi Ilmiah Bidang Ilmu Bisnis (“KPIBIB”) beranggotakan 27 perguruan tinggi swasta di lingkungan LLDIKTI Wilayah III DKI Jakarta yang memiliki program studi yang berkaitan dengan ilmu bisnis. Konsorsium publikasi ilmiah dibentuk dengan maksud dan tujuan untuk memperluas akses dan memfasilitasi mahasiswa dan dosen dalam melakukan publikasi karya ilmiah pada 11 bidang Ilmu dengan wadah yang bermutu. Selain itu, konsorsium juga menjadi wadah dan sarana untuk meningkatkan mutu publikasi karya ilmiah, sebaran ilmu pengetahuan, transfer of knowledge antarperguruan tinggi dan meningkatkan kolaborasi. Maksud dan tujuan pembentukan konsorsium di atas oleh KPIBIB direalisasikan dalam bentuk penyelenggaraan seminar, baik seminar nasional maupun seminar internasional, yang sejatinya diikuti, utamanya, oleh dosen dan mahasiswa dari 27 perguruan tinggi swasta yang menjadi anggota konsorsium. Puji dan syukur kami panjatkan ke hadirat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, Allah SWT karena berkat, rahmat, dan hidayah-Nya semata KPIBIB berhasil menyelenggarakan Seminar Nasional yang mengambil tema:

“Menata Ulang Strategi Bisnis pada Era Pasca Pandemi Covid-19: Peran Penelitian Bisnis dalam Mengidentifikasi Peluang dan Mengantisipasi Risiko”

Terima kasih yang tak berhingga kami sampaikan kepada para narasumber, baik keynote speaker maupun invited speakers, yang telah berkenan hadir untuk berbagi ilmu pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam seminar ini. Terima kasih yang sama kami sampaikan kepada para pemakalah yang telah memilih Seminar Nasional ini sebagai forum di mana hasil penelitian mereka dipresentasikan dan didiskusikan. Seminar Nasional ini diyakini menjadi upaya awal kita dalam merealisasikan konsep “science and technology for society, and in society”. Ucapan terima kasih yang juga tak berhingga kami sampaikan kepada pimpinan perguruan tinggi anggota KPIBIB beserta para person in charge atau PIC dari masing-masing perguruan tinggi atas dukungan, koordinasi, dan kerja sama yang terjalin. Mudah-mudahan kerja sama ini di masa depan bisa kita jaga, kita pupuk, dan kita tingkatkan, sehingga seminar nasional ini dapat terselenggara dengan baik.

Seminar Internasional yang insya Allah akan diselenggarakan pada Oktober 2021 mendatang menanti kehadiran dan partisipasi kita semua, baik sebagai narasumber, pemakalah, reviewer, maupun anggota panitia penyelenggara. Akhirnya kami berharap dan berdoa mudah-mudahan semua kegiatan yang kita lakukan dalam seminar nasional ini bernilai ibadah dan mendapat ridho-Nya. Insya Allah. Terima kasih. Sambutan Ketua KPIBIB Assalaamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.

Salam sejahtera bagi kita semua. Salah satu amanah yang diemban Konsorsium Publikasi Ilmiah Bidang Ilmu Bisnis (KPIBIB) yang pembentukannya—bersama dengan konsorsium sepuluh bidang ilmu lainnya—diinisiasi oleh Kepala Lembaga LLIDIKTI Wilayah 3 DKI Jakarta, Prof. Dr. Agus Setyobudi, MSc., adalah menyelenggarakan seminar nasional. Berkat kerja sama, koordinasi, dan kerja keras ke-27 perguruan tinggi swasta anggota konsorsium, akhirnya tugas pertama tersebut—Seminar Nasional KPIBIB 2021—dapat diselenggarakan dengan baik. Untuk itu, puji syukur kami panjatkan ke hadirat Tuhan YME, Allah SWT, karena dengan berkat, rahmat, karunia dan ijinNya semata seminar nasional ini dapat terselenggara. Seminar Nasional KPIBIB 2021, sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi yang dihadapi bangsa dan negara yakni pandemic Covid-19, mengambil tema: Menata Ulang Strategi Bisnis pada Era Pasca Pandemi Covid-19: Peran Penelitian Bisnis dalam Mengidentifikasi Peluang dan Mengantisipasi Risiko. Diharapkan seminar nasional ini menghasilkan luaran yang dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan berbagai pemangku kepentingan dalam mengambil keputusan dan atau kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan bisnis baik dalam masa maupun pasca pandemi Covid-19. Mempersiapkan diri untuk menghadapi situasi yang paling buruk yakni masih panjangnya masa pandemic Covid-19 disertai doa dan harapan agar segera berakhirnya masa pandemic Covid-10 adalah Langkah arif yang harus kita lakukan. Menyelengarakan seminar nasional dengan tema yang berkaitan dengan pandemi Covid-19 adalah satu bentuk nyata dari langkah di atas. Kepada semua pihak yang telah berkontribusi dalam mendukung penyelenggaraan seminar nasional ini—Seminar Nasional KPIBIB 2021—saya atas nama semua pimpinan perguruan tinggi swasta anggota KPIBIB LLDIKTI Wilayah 3 DKI Jakarta menghaturkan terima kasih. Sambutan Kepala LLDIKTI Wilayah 3 DKI Jakarta Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh. Salam sejahtera bagi kita semua, Shalom, Om Swastyastu, Namo Buddhaya, salam Kebajikan. Alhamdulillah, puji dan syukur marilah kita panjatkan ke hadirat Allah SWT, Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Atas rahmat dan karunia-Nya, hari ini kita masih diberi kesempatan dan kesehatan untuk berkumpul bersama dalam acara Konsorsium Publikasi Ilmiah Bidang Ilmu Bisnis tahun 2021 dengan tema “Menata Ulang Strategi Bisnis pada Era Pasca Pandemi Covid-19: Peran Penelitian Bisnis dalam Mengidentifikasi Peluang dan Mengantisipasi Risiko”. Sudah 1 tahun lebih wabah COVID-19 melanda. Dampak yang ditimbulkan bukan hanya dalam bidang kesehatan saja, tetapi hampir semua sektor termasuk ekonomi. Tidak sedikit perusahaan dan bisnis yang gulung tikar. Bahkan perusahaan berbasis digital terkemuka pun ikut kehabisan nafas dan pada akhirnya melakukan pemangkasan pegawai juga anggaran demi untuk bertahan ditengah pandemi. Akan tetapi, ada juga perusahaan-perusahaan yang mampu beradaptasi dan mampu menunjukan dirinya untuk tetap bertahan di situasi yang penuh ketidakpastian ini. Aktivitas bisnis yang tadinya mengandalkan mobilitas dan komunikasi tatap muka kini tidak lagi relevan. Saat ini moda bekerja dari rumah dengan bermodalkan aplikasi video conference sudah menjadi kebutuhan primer bagi setiap orang. Satu hal yang menjadi kunci dalam berbisnis di masa pandemi adalah dengan bertransformasi digital. Saat ini, cakap dalam memanfaatkan teknologi dan big data merupakan kemampuan yang perlu dimiliki para pebisnis, karena dinamika dan perubahan perilaku pelanggan semakin drastis. Ditambah lagi, dengan adanya social dan physical distancing, perusahaan dituntut untuk terus berinovasi membuat model bisnis baru untuk lebih produktif. Hal ini menjadi new era yang akan menimbulkan resiko baru. Maka manajemen resiko, mitigasi, dan eksplorasi bisnis dapat dikatakan sebagai peluang baru. Dimana perusahaan diharapkan menjadi lebih lincah dengan dukungan transformasi digital sehingga akan tetap bertahan di masa pandemi dan akan muncul nilai baru untuk pelanggannya. Atas nama Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi Wilayah 3, kami mengucapkan selamat dan sukses untuk Universitas Gunadarma sebagai host atas diselenggarakannya Konsorsium Publikasi Ilmiah Bidang Ilmu Bisnis tahun 2021 ini. Ini merupakan wujud dari sinergi dengan beberapa Perguruan Tinggi di lingkungan LLDIKTI Wilayah 3 sebagai co-host, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu publikasi, baik kuantitas maupun kualitas, serta terciptanya budaya menulis karya ilmiah yang pada akhirnya akan bermuara ke penyebaran ilmu pengetahuan yang masif, baik itu melalui seminar maupun jurnal-jurnal yang bermutu. Kami mengucapkan terima kasih untuk Universitas Gunadarma atas kontribusinya dalam memfasilitasi dosen dan mahasiswa dalam hal publikasi karya ilmiah, meningkatkan

This study analyzes the software quality test at Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (SIPKD) Pemerintah Kota Depok by testing aspects of the accountability menu using ISO / IEC 25010 characteristics with 3 characteristics used are Functional Suitability, Performance Efficiency, and Compatibility. Furthermore, the conformity test is also carried out against Government Regulation Number 71 of 2010 concerning Government Accounting Standards from the output of the SIPKD in the form of Financial Statements for 2014 which still use a cash basis and for 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 which have used the basis accruals. From the research results obtained based on functional suitability testing with black box testing at SIPKD has been running well, performance efficiency testing with black box testing on SIPKD has been running well even though for capacity testing using load testing cannot be done because SIPKD network still uses an intranet, SIPKD compatibility test can run on Internet Explorer but cannot be run on other web browsers, The application of the accrual basis to the Financial Statements of Pemerintah Kota Depok is in accordance with the Regulations Government Number 71 of 2010 concerning Government Accounting Standards, The performance of the financial reports of Pemerintah Kota Depok from 2014 to 2019 is quite good, this can be seen from the trend of SILPA values that have tended to decline from 2015 to 2019 and successively received an Unqualified Opinion (UO) from Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia Keywords: Regional Financial Management Information System, ISO / IEC 25010:

Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) was first announced in Indonesia on March 2, 2020. The Covid-19 pandemic carries a very bad risk for the world economy, especially in the trade and investment sectors. This study aims to see the difference in the effect of financial ratios and during the Covid-19 pandemic on manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector. The method used in this research is quantitative method using secondary data from the company's financial statements for the first quarter of 2019 and 2020. The results of this study indicate that (1) the Current Ratio before the Covid-19 pandemic had a significant negative effect on firm value, while Current The

ratio during the Covid-19 pandemic did not have a significant effect on the firm value variable, (2) the Debt to Equity Ratio before the Covid-19 pandemic had a significant negative effect on the firm value variable, while the Debt to Equity Ratio during the Covid-19 pandemic had no significant effect on company value, (3) Return on Assets before and during the Covid-19 pandemic did not have a significant effect on the firm value variable, (4) Return on Equity before and during the Covid-19 pandemic had no significant effect on firm value, (5) Net Profit margin has a significant negative effect on firm value before and during pandemi Covid-19, and (6) company size has a significant positive effect on company value before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Retail is one of the industries that most influences the performance of the national economy. As the growth and proliferation of housing and office projects have opened doors of opportunities for the development of the retail industry in Indonesia, however, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused the retail industry in Indonesia, especially furniture, to experience an unpredictable decline, from cutting wages to employees. Therefore, in order to provide a competitive advantage and business continuity, the retail industry needs to hone itself by maintaining and increasing customer loyalty. This study aims to test empirically whether there is an effect of 1) brand communication, brand experience, and brand image brand loyalty. 2) brand communication, brand experience, and brand image on brand trust. 3) brand trust on brand loyalty. 4) brand trust mediates brand communication, brand experience, and brand image to brand loyalty. Samples were collected using non-probability sampling method with convenience sampling technique to 78 respondents. The research hypothesis testing was done by using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicate that brand communication, brand experience, and brand image have no significant effect on brand loyalty. Brand trust has a significant effect on brand loyalty. Brand communication has no significant effect on trust, while brand experience and image have a significant effect on brand trust. Brand trust is not able to mediate brand communication on brand loyalty, while brand trust can mediate the effect of brand experience and brand image on brand loyalty.

This study aims to determine the factors that encourage consumers to decide to buy local fruit during the Covid 19 pandemic. The study was conducted during the Covid 19 pandemic in 2020 with a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire on 322 samples, which were then analyzed by factor analysis. The results showed that of the 10 factors studied, namely local fruit diversity, local fruit quality, local fruit cleanliness, local fruit freshness, local fruit prices, healthy lifestyle, income level, wants and needs, local fruit shape, and local fruit color, then reduced to two variables, namely the variable quality perception and consumer preference variables.. This study aims to test empirically whether profitability, leverage and firm size have an effect on tax avoidance in consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sources of data in this study are secondary data, the type of explanatory research and data collection techniques are documentation studies. The population in this study were consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 5 (five) years of the study period, namely 2015-2019 by using the purposive sampling method. There are 9 (nine) companies that meet the criteria for the research sample. The independent variables in this study are profitability, leverage and company size. While the dependent variable is tax avoidance. The analysis test used in this research is panel data regression analysis using the program Eviews version 9.0. Partially, the results show that the variable profitability and firm size have an effect on tax avoidance, this indicates that in the consumer goods industry sector companies have high ROA and Size indicating tax avoidance, while company size variable has no effect on tax avoidance, this means

The test results show that in general, the intrinsic and extrinsic dimension question items built to measure the Workplace Well-being variable show a score above 1, so it is feasible to be used as a research instrument to this variable.. This study aims to determine the causes of financial statement fraud caused by pressure, opportunity, and razionalisation which proxied by variables of financial stability, financial targets, effective monitoring, and auditor change. This study used secondary data with a population of 40 manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the condition that it does not experience delisting and provides financial reports as of December 31 during the study period, then the results of 20 companies are obtained. Data processing used the program Eviews 9.0 with descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis test. Based on the conclusion of the study, financial target and effective monitoring variables have a significant positive effect on financial statement fraud, while financial stability and auditor change have no significant effect on financial statement fraud.

OEE is used to determine the value of the effectiveness of the engine and the cause of the problem can be solved by using six big losses. The results of this study can be seen from the OEE values, it needs 3 (three) ratio calculations, namely the Availability Ratio, Performance Ratio and Quality Ratio. Based on the results of OEE calculations on Line A machines at PT. XYZ with an average above 90% where the OEE value is international standard, with an Availability Ratio of 92.68%, a Performance Ratio of 100.87%, a Quality Ratio value of 99.38% and an average OEE of 97.64%. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantititatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Galaxy Lima Sekawan di Bekasi. Penelitian ini didasari oleh beberapa teori yang mendukung , yang berhubungan dengan Motivasi Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT. Galaxy Lima Sekawan di Bekasi yang diambil secara acak. Setelah pengumpulan data selesai maka langsung dilakukan pengolahan data penelitian dengan melakukan pengujian regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui hasil dari hubungan variabel yang diteliti dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 21. Penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap variabel Motivasi Kerja dan Kompensasi baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan pada PT. Galaxy Lima Sekawan di Bekasi. Variabel Motivasi Kerja terbukti secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan dengan nilai sig 0,000 < dari 0,050 dan nilai koefisien berganda 0,373 mempunyai t hitung 5,895 > dari t tabel 1,98. Variabel Motivasi terbukti secara parsial terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan dengan nilai sig 0,011 < dari 0,050 dan nilai koefisien berganda 0,459 mempunyai t hitung 2,586 > dari t tabel 1.98. Variabel Motivasi kerja dan Kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Loyalitas karyawan dan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,050 dan terbutki secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif signifikan nilai F hitung sebesar 93,275 > dari F tabel 2,70. Dengan Koefisien determinasi dari Motivasi Kerja dan Kompensasi secara simultan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan adalah sebesar 65,8%, sisanya 34,2%. Infrastructure development has become a priority for the Indonesian government. This study aims to prove that these development priorities have a positive impact on the financial conditions of the cement sub-sector industrial companies. The research analysis tool uses the Z-Score method to determine the occurrence of financial distress in cement sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2014-2018 period. This research approach uses descriptive verification to analyze the results of the z score calculation. The research data is in the form of secondary data on published financial reports. The results showed that the financial performance of cement industry companies had decreased. The results showed that infrastructure development priorities did not have a positive impact on the financial reports for the 2014-2018 period.

This research is aiming to find out about the influence intellectual capital, CEO Power and financial performace to firm value. The dependent variable which is firm value is adjusted to the Tobin’s Q. Independent variable which is intellectual capital is adjusted to the VAICTM, CEO Power is adjusted to the percentage of CEO share’s and financial performace is adjusted to the ROE (Return on Equity). The research was quantitative dan the research method used secondary data was obtained from official IDX website (www.idx.co.id). The population of this research is 181 manufacturing companies and The sampling technique used purposive samping method by determining some criteria, so that the sample have 72 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. During the observation period, the research data were not normally distributed. So, this research was used data transform with natural logic formula (LN) in normality test and heteroscedasticity test. After transformation, based on the normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test found no deviating variables from the classical assumption test. This shows the available data has met the requirements using a regression equation model. Data analysis was done by multiple linear regression analysis with signification 0.05 (5%).. The results of this research shows that intellectual capital doesn’t have influence to firm value, CEO Power doesn’t have influence to firm value but for financial performance have significant influence to firm value. The digital technology development and communication problems in marketing products during the covid-19 pandemic, become the background in this research. Covid-19 pandemic confines socialization, interaction, and also corporate marketing activities. Covid-19 pandemic changes the communication patterns through digital technology. This pattern of communication through digital technology such as social 319media Instagram is also used by Atlantis Water Adventure Ancol in North Jakarta. Atlantis Water Adventure Ancol in North Jakarta uses Instagram to marketing and informing things related to its products on social media. The purpose of this research was to see the influence of social media visitors toward the interest of visitors of the Atlantis Water Adventure Ancol Tourism in North Jakarta. This research uses quantitative research with a purposive sampling technique. The technique data accumulations by questionnaire, and uses a Likert scale to measure the data. The data in this research were analyzed using simple regression techniques, the t-test score is 12.407 and the T-table score is 1.977. The results of this research show that based on calculations and testing on SPSS 24.0 Windows, the result of the R-square value is 0.533, which means that the social media variable Instagram (X) has an influence on the visitor interest variable (Y) value is 0.533. This study aims to determine the trust, social influence, perceived benefits, and risk perceptions of the interest in using BCA E-Money Flazz in Tangerang City. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The data of this research are primary data, the determination of the sample uses a purposive sampling technique, and the respondents are consumers of e-money Flazz BCA in Tangerang City. The analytical tools in this study consist of; validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and determination test. Processing the results of the questionnaire in this study using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results showed that trust, social influence, and perceived benefits influenced the interest in using partially and simultaneously on the interest in using e-money. This study is an expansion of the extended information adoption model that has been tested in previous studies with the addition of the eWOM intention construct as an impact of information adoption. This study also re-examines the role of information quality, information credibility, need of information, and attitude toward information as antecedents of information usefulness which then have an impact on information adoption. This study seeks to close the gap in previous research that was tried out in the context of social media in general, by testing the research model in a more specific context, namely a review on the marketplace platform review column that has not received enough attention in several previous studies on the discussion of electronic Word of Mouth. (eWOM). A total of 71 sample data from Tokopedia customers that met the criteria were successfully compiled as empirical facts through a survey using an online questionnaire. Measurement model estimation and structural model estimation for hypothesis testing were carried out using the PLS SEM approach. The results of the structural model analysis indicate a positive influence on attitude toward information, on information usefulness, which then has a positive effect on information adoption. On the other hand, information adoption shows a positive effect on eWOM intention and purchase intention. Meanwhile, three other hypotheses related to the positive impact of information quality, information reliability and need of information as exogenous variables on information usefulness as also tested in previous studies were not proven in this study. Image of the tourism sector in Indonesia using the Model Social Media Marketing on the TikTok platform. This research was conducted with a quantitative method using a survey of 220 respondents who were users of the TikTok application. Data collection was carried out during the period April - May 2021. Data processing used the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The results showed that Entertainment, Electronic Word of Mouth, and Interaction had a positive effect on Consumer Brand Engagement. Trendiness and Customisation have no effect on Consumer Brand Engagement. The dimensions of Consumer Brand Engagement in this study are divided into three dimensions, namely Affection, Cognitive Processing, and Behavioral. Furthermore, Consumer Brand Engagement has a positive effect on Brand Loyalty, Brand Awareness, and Brand Image. The implication of this research is a reference for managers and policy makers in formulating strategies to increase the tourism sector in Indonesia using the model Social Media Marketing on the TikTok platform. The intention of this research is to understand how did the winner of the election win the heart of the prospective voters and which of the variables that has the highest influence on the decision to vote for the candidate, the respective variables are: positioning and social media marketing towards the decision to vote in relating to the political marketing as the intervening variable. The data was collected from the distribution of questionnaire, the population are the voters of the election in West Java, Indonesia. This research is using Purposive Sampling as the data processing and the analysis tool is using Partial Least Square. The results indicate that both positioning and social media marketing have positive and significant effect towards political marketing, and the variable of positioning have the most significant influence towards decision to vote compare to social media marketing. The results show that the positioning of a candidate is very important to engage the decision of the voters to vote for them. This study is an expansion of the attitude toward green product model that has been tested in the previous study with the addition of the constructs of perceived health benefit, perceived value, electronic word of mouth, and intention to recommend. This study seeks to add to the generalization aspect of the attitude toward green product model that was previously tested in the context of organic food, by re-examining the model in the context of green menstrual cup products that are still rarely studied in the marketing literature. Furthermore, this model expands the previous model by adding four new constructs as previously mentioned as an effort to contribute to the repertoire of marketing disciplines. A total of 99 sample data of female respondents who know menstrual cup products as an environmentally friendly substitute for sanitary napkins have been compiled as empirical facts through a survey using an online questionnaire. Measurement model estimation and structural model estimation for hypothesis testing were carried out using the PLS-SEM approach. The results of the structural model analysis indicate a positive effect of perceived value and electronic word of mouth on attitude toward green product. Furthermore, attitude toward green product is also proven to positively affect willingness to pay and intention to recommend. Furthermore, willingness to pay has also been shown to have a positive effect on purchase intention. Meanwhile, the positive influence of four other exogenous variables, namely health consciousness, environmental attitude, value orientation, and perceived health benefits on attitude toward green product was not proven in this study. The development of information technology is very rapid and provides many impacts on people's lives, including business on the internet, that is online commerce (e-commerce) is a way of selling or buying goods or services online. One of them is Bukalapak, the leading online shopping place in Indonesia that sells goods and services. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of trust, security, risk perception and information quality on loyalty with satisfaction as a moderating variable on the Bukalapak e-commerce site. The type of data used in this study is primary data with 150 respondents. Testing is done with SPSS 21. At the analysis stage through validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroxedasticity, regression tests with Modereted Regression Analysis (MRA) , test the coefficient of determination and t test. The results showed that the variables of trust and risk perception did not affect customer loyalty on the Bukalapak site while the security and quality of information affected customer loyalty. E-commerce for agribusiness products began to develop in Indonesia in 2015, but it is still very small in number when compared to products from other industries. E-marketplace allows farmers to reach a wider range of consumers, so that everyone who has internet access has the opportunity to be able to enjoy fresh agricultural products. The success of an e-marketplace is supported by the good performance of the web, so that consumers will feel comfortable in searching for products and making transactions. This study discusses the performance of e-marketplaces, and consumer perceptions to determine consumer purchase intentions of agricultural product e-marketplaces. The population in this study are consumers who have used the agricultural product e-marketplace. The data were obtained through a questionnaire, then a classic assumption test was carried out to determine the appropriateness of the statements used in the questionnaire and the distribution of the data used. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that partially only the convenience of the website from the e-marketplace performance indicators that affects consumer purchase intentions of agricultural products, while other variables do not affect consumer purchase intentions of e-marketplaces that offer agricultural products. Simultaneously, the results of the study indicate that e-marketplace performance, perceived ease of use, and perceived benefits influence consumer purchase intentions in agricultural product e-marketplaces. The purpose of this study was to examine the direct and indirect effects of the pandemic on consumer trust and consumer commitment towards with public health care in Yogyakarta during the pandemic. The research method in this study was survey method with path analysis tools. Based on the research result it can be concluded that the direct impact of the Covid pandemic (X) on trust (Y1) is 0.205 (unstandardized) and 0.187 (standardized), the direct impact of trust (Y1) on the Y2 commitment is 0.602 (unstandardized) and 0.63 (standardized). Based on the t test, the t value (48.02) > t table (1.663), it means that there is an indirect impact between variable X (pandemic) on Y2 (commitment) through Y1 (trust). The impact of the Covid pandemic indirectly affects consumer commitment through the variable of trust with a combined direct and indirect impact of 1,099. The population in this study were all users, both active and non-active, with a total sample of 100 respondents and using path analysis as an analysis tool. The results showed that perceived convenience, customer relationship management and service quality had an effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, either directly or indirectly. Through the data collection process carried out by surveying 100 respondents, the results found show that the technological innovativeness (IT) variable can indirectly affect usage intention through the variable perceived ease of use and perceived playfulness, besides that it was also found that the variable perceived ease of use (PEU) and perceived playfulness (PP) have a positive effect on usage intention. This study analyzes the performance of the Indonesian stock market in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. The model specification that is built is a heteroscedastic model that is in accordance with the characteristics of daily stock return data which shows the characteristics of volatility clustering. Based on data from March 2020 to January 2021, this study found that the Exponential-GARCH asymmetric model is the best model compared to the Standard-GARCH symmetric model or the asymmetric Threshold-GARCH model. The test results in this study indicate that the stock market performance that is significantly affected by this pandemic is the return volatility. Stock price volatility is one of the important variables in stock market performance. This study produces empirical findings that government policies on social restrictions contribute significantly to reducing stock market volatility. The government policies in mitigating the risk of the spread of an epidemic, in this study is measured through a stringency index. This index was released by the Oxford COVID-19 Government Response Tracker (OxCGRT), which monitors the government's response to the coronavirus in 160 countries, and is a parameter that evaluates policies taken by a country's government based on nine metrics. This index does not measure the effectiveness of a country's government response, but only the degree of rigor. However, the results of tests conducted in this study did not find a significant impact of the pandemic indicator, the number of cases, and the number of daily deaths related to Covid-19 on stock returns. The researcher built this research model based on the theory of the information system success model DeLone & McLean and the theory of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which was explored by adding several variables to get better results. The variables in this study consist of Information Quality, Service Quality, Virtual Community Quality, Design, Security, Trust, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Usage Behavior, User Satisfaction. This study used a sample of 393 people who had purchased packaged coffee at a marketplace in Indonesia, then analyzed using SEM - AMOS. The results of this study indicate that the variable Usage Behavior has a significant effect on User Satisfaction. Meanwhile, Information Quality and Service Quality have no effect on Usage Behavior and User Satisfaction. The results of this study also indicate that Trust, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Ease of Use have a significant effect on Usage Behavior. Positive green purchase behaviour requires a well-planned and targeted marketing strategy, so that it can influence consumers to spend more money to purchase green products. This study aims to examine and analyses the effect of eco-literacy on willingness to pay green products. The samples in this study were users of daily use environmentally friendly products. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, where the sample was selected based on certain considerations or criteria. The data analysis method used to test the five hypotheses in this study used the statistical analysis method of Structural Equation Model (SEM). The novelty of this study is to examine the effect of the eco-literacy variable as a mediating variable. The results showed that there was no positive effect of collectivism on attitude towards green products, there was a positive influence on environmental concern on attitude towards green products. There is a positive influence of eco-literacy on attitude towards green products, there is no positive influence of interpersonal influence on attitude towards green products mediated by eco-literacy and there is a positive influence on attitude towards green products on willingness to pay green products. This article intends to examine the holistic work engagement of millennial employees who are working in offices, as well as to examine its effect on work engagement during COVID-19. It is based on a cross-sectional and qualitative-causal study by using a non-probabilistic sampling approach. The respondents are the first and second layers of personal and professional network of researchers. They stay or work in Jakarta Pusat, DKI Jaya. Data were collected by using a google form based online questionnaires. Then, collected data from 399 millennial office workers was structured by using the PLS-SEM and SmartPLS version 3.3. The results shows that digital culture has a positive and significant effect on the whole aspects of holistic work engagement. However, when it was examined further, it found that the influence of digital culture is in multi-layer perspectives. Initially, it has a direct effect on physical engagement and then indirectly affects intellectual engagement and emotional engagement. Finally it impacts on spiritual engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah pengaruh Current Account Saving Account, Operating Efficiency Ratio, dan Fee Based Income terhadap Profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan Return On Asset (ROA) bank umum syariah devisa yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Strategi penelitian asosiatif dengan tipe kausalitas dan metoda analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan data panel menggunakan bantuan software Eviews 10. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan pada tahun 2015-2019. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 5 bank syariah devisa. Jenis data sekunder dengan metode pengumpulan data dokumentasi melalui situs resmi masing-masing sampel bank umum syariah devisa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier data panel dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% maka hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa : (1) Secara parsial Current Account Saving Accout (CASA) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Return On Asset, untuk Operating Efficiency Ratio (BOPO) memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan, dan Fee Based Income tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Return On Asset. (2) Secara simultan Current Account Saving Account, Operating Efficiecy Ratio, dan Fee Based Income memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Retun On Asset. Hal ini berarti naik turunnya variable bebas akan berdmpak pada perubahan variabel terikat. Jika Current Account Saving Account, Operating Efficiecy Ratio, dan Fee Based Income memiliki nilai yang baik maka nilai dari Return On Asset akan baik juga atau cenderung menaikan profitabilitas perbankan. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the goods industry sector and the food and beverage consumption sub-sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling. The number of samples of food and beverage manufacturing companies is 12 companies so that the number of samples in 5 years is 60 samples of annual financial reports. Tax revenue is the largest source of income for the Indonesian state. One of the contributors to state revenue from the tax sector is corporate income tax. Financial performance is one measure of the success of a business entity which is expected to increase revenue from corporate income tax. This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance using variable liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, and operating costs on corporate income tax. The data used is secondary data, namely annual financial report data from large trading sub-sector companies (wholesale) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially profitability and operating costs have an effect on corporate income tax, while liquidity has no effect on corporate income tax. This research was conducted to determine the sense of justice for the Income Tax Sharing Fund policy from the Central Government to Local Governments in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type by conducting library research and data collection using documentation on data obtained from related agencies. The results showed that the Revenue Sharing Fund currently being given by the Central Government to the Provincial Government in Indonesia was considered unfair by the recipients. This is due to the large number of sources of overdrafts located in the regions but the overdraft tax is treated as Central Tax. The conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic currently severely eroded regional finances and the revenue from Regional Original Taxes also decreased due to decreased purchasing power. It is hoped that there will be amendments to the regulation on Revenue Sharing Funds, namely the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia number 233 / PMK.07 / 2020 concerning Amendments to PMK-139 / PMK.07 / 2019 concerning Management of Profit Sharing Funds, General Allocation Funds, and Special Autonomy Funds. . Reformulation of the Composition of Profit Sharing Funds, Changes in the Basic Imposition of Production Sharing and Addition of Income Tax Objects are things that need to be proposed by Regional Governments throughout Indonesia to the Central Government. This study uses a qualitative approach with a comparative descriptive type of research, namely comparing the application of Green Taxes to encourage Green Business in various countries with conditions in Indonesia. The results of the research show that environmental damage due to industrial activities that occur in Indonesia can harm the country where there is an increase in health expenditure coupled with the covid-19 pandemic, which is not yet known when it will end. This study aims to find out virtual concerts' as an alternative to tax receipts from music concerts during the Covid-19 pandemic at music concerts in DKI Jakarta, the obstacles faced, as well as efforts that can be made to overcome these obstacles. This writing includes descriptive writing. The location of the research was conducted at the Regional Revenue Agency of DKI Jakarta. The type of data is used for primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of the study that virtual concerts as an alternative tax receipts from music concerts in Jakarta in 2020 as a result of the Covid-19 outbreak in DKI Jakarta is very much. Saw many promoters cancel music concerts in Jakarta this year and change the schedule of concerts in 2021. Because when compared to 2019 the amount of entertainment tax receipts for the implementation of music concerts is as much as IDR39,386,402,190.00, while for this year the amount of tax receipts for the implementation of music concerts is only approximately 8.6 billion rupiah. That is, the government of DKI Jakarta has certainly lost a lot of potential and it is certain that for this year entertainment tax receipts will not reach the target. Therefore, there needs to be innovations such as virtual concerts and drive-ins to be an alternative tax receipt from music concert performances during the Covid-19 pandemic. Remote auditing (RA) is an online method of auditing, which combines ICT with analytical procedures for collecting electronic evidence, interacting with clients, reporting the accuracy of financial data and the reliability of internal control systems online. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the quality of RA during the C19 pandemic. The research model contains latent variables, namely are system quality, information quality, technology, organization, environment, individual and audit performance. Primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires via google form to millennial accountants as research analysis unit who domiciled in Jabodetabek. Validity test, reliability test and principle component analysis are used to process and analyze data. The results of this study indicate that 8 factors are formed which influence the quality of the performance of the Remote Audit based on. The K1 factor has the greatest influence while the K8 factor has the smallest influence. This study is still a preliminary study, so it must be continued with a larger sample size and descriptive statistical analysis in the form of a frequency will measure for interpretation of the results of data analysis and statistical verification analysis using the structural equation model will be used to test the causality model of the antecedent variables of remote audit quality. This capital market study aims to investigate the factors of company performance as measured by financial ratios that affect firm value as proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV). The object in this study is a consumer goods sub-sector manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017 to 2019. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling method. Secondary data used in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression method. There are 25 companies that meet the sample criteria set by the researcher, with 75 observational data. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has no significant effect on firm value, while total assets, profitability and leverage have a significant positive effect on firm value, and all independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value. The guarantee business is a risk business, in which the guarantee recipient (banking) has transferred the credit risk of the (guaranteed) debtor to the guarantee company. Since March 2020, following the emergence of the Covid 19 pandemic, guarantee companies have been burdened with bad credit claims and layoff claims. In order for this risk transfer to become an advantage in the form of guarantee fees (IJP) and profits, the guarantee company need to manage risks well. This research is a qualitative research through a review of relevant literature published in 2010—2021, we seek to find an understanding of the implementation of risk management that has been carried out, especially in the non-bank financial industry. The results of this study show that the guarantee company need to prepare risk management and mitigated risks in the form of preparing internal SOP, re-insurance, co-guaranteeing, and conducting subrogation after the Covid 19 pandemic later. Guarantee companies need to identify risks, measure risks and then take steps to accept, avoid, mitigate, ore transfer of risk through enterprise risk management (ERM) implementation inherent with the company's business processes. This paper is aimed at analyzing the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on the performance of general insurance subsector in Indonesia. Secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Financial Service Authority which include annual growth rate (year on year) of total asset, technical reserve, investment, equity, and net premium income for the periods between April 2019, 2020 and 2021 to March 2019, 2020 and 2021 were used in this study. Using the dependent sample t-test, it is revealed that the impacts of the covid-19 pandemic on the performance of general insurance subsector were varied. The growth rates of the total asset, total investment, and net premium income of general insurance subsector significantly decreased during the covid-19 pandemic. The decline of these variables were influenced by the covid-19 pandemic. In the meantime, the growth rate of technical reserve and equity were not significantly influenced by the covid-19 pandemic. The growth rate of these variables decreased, however, the degree of decreases were not statistically significant.
