i. Golongan yang memerlukan biasiswaii. Pencapaian akademik mengikut kriteria yang ditetapkaniii. Mencapai tahap yang ditentukan bagi Bahasa Inggerisiv. 20% - 30% pelajar Malaysia, 70% - 80% pelajar

antarabangsav. Sasaran 3,000 pelajar berbiasiswa penuh pada 2018/2019.

i. Membentuk pelajar yang holistikii. Khidmat masyarakat dan sukarelawan diwajibkan.iii. Penekanan terhadap disiplin dan nilai-nilai murni.

peringkat antarabangsa.- Penarafan oleh agensi antarabangsa.- dll.

- Pengetahuan tentang keseluruhan sistem dan fungsijabatan-jabatan di IPT.
