A Message From The President: Hello Neighbors

It is time again for our neighborhood Spring Fling celebration. It will be held at the Country Club Clubhouse on April 2nd, starting at 4:00 pm. So mark your calendars now so you don’t miss out on the fun.

We will provide Hotdogs and Hamburgers; all we ask is that you bring your favorite side dish to share with your neighbors. Everyone is welcome. There will be a jump-house and other activities for the kids.

Please email me or let me know how many are coming so we can estimate the amount of Hotdogs and Hamburger to prepare. This is great opportunity to meet your neighbors and board of directors.

Call 393-0101or email [email protected] with your RSVP.

David Gardner, President

Traffic Watch

We have received numerous complaints of people speeding in our neighborhood. We are going to see law enforcement running radar check points from multiple locations. So please let everyone know to maintain their speed. These tickets are costly and will put points on your licenses. The speed limit in our area is 25 mph and the safety of our residents and children makes it a must to obey the law.

Pet Walking

Remember if you are walking your dogs that it is your responsibility to pick up their waste. The homeowners association has received numerous complaints regarding people walking dogs and not picking up after them. So please be good neighbors
