Dear Sen. Escudero:
This complies with your request to submit budget amendments. I amopposed to any “pork barrel” in any manner, shape, form, or under any name. I donot waive my right to inquire into past disbursements of the PDAF and the DAP. Ishall insist on providing the public with information about release of any “secret”pork barrel to senators such as the DAP. I shall insist on the principle of equaldistribution of any “secret” pork barrel, if any shall be conceived by Senateleaders. If some senators shall get more funds than others, I shall inquire whatcriteria are used, and if these criteria are constitutional.
My specific amendments to the budget, using the standard form provided,are enclosed as Annexes A and B.
