Senate Resolution No. 2681  BY: Senator SKELOS  ESTABLISHING a plan setting forth an itemized list of grantees for a certain appropriation for the 2013-14 state fiscal year for grants-in-aid for drug, violence, and crime control and prevention programs; for grants that prevent domestic violence or aid victims of domestic violence; grants for civil or criminal domestic violence legal services; grants for law enforcement, anti-crime, anti-drug, crime prevention and treatment programs, as required by a plan setting forth an itemized list of grantees with the amount to be received by each, or the methodology for allocating such appropriation. Such plan shall be subject to the approval of the temporary president of the senate and the director of the budget and thereafter shall be included in a resolution calling for the expenditure of such monies, which resolution must be approved by a majority vote of all members elected to the senate upon a roll call vote  RESOLVED (if the &HOUSE concur), That pursuant to and as required by moneys appropriated in section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2013 which enacts the aid to localities budget, division of criminal justice services, crime prevention and reduction strategies program, local assistance account for grants-in-aid for drug, violence, and crime control and prevention programs. Such funds shall be apportioned pursuant to a plan setting forth an itemized list of grantees with the amount to be received by each, or the methodology for allocating such appropriation. ESTABLISHING a plan setting forth an itemized list

of grantees for a certain appropriation for the

2013-14 state fiscal year for grants-in-aid for

drug, violence, and crime control and prevention

programs; for grants that prevent domestic violence

or aid victims of domestic violence; grants for

civil or criminal domestic violence legal services;

grants for law enforcement, anti-crime, anti-drug,

crime prevention and treatment programs, as required

by a plan setting forth an itemized list of grantees

with the amount to be received by each, or the

methodology for allocating such appropriation. Such

plan shall be subject to the approval of the

temporary president of the senate and the director

of the budget and thereafter shall be included in a

resolution calling for the expenditure of suchmonies, which resolution must be approved by a

majority vote of all members elected to the senate

upon a roll call vote

 

RESOLVED (if the &HOUSE concur), That pursuant to and as required by
