A step by step guide to the process

Pre-requisites:1. Signed up to the service

2. Sufficient balance in your bank account

3. Aware of your PIN. 1. It is of 5 characters in length and can be combinations of alphabets and numbers2. PIN is case sensitive

4. Aware of the Beneficiary’s Mobile Number and Name1. The beneficiary’s mobile number receives the necessary Remit Code to encash2. The beneficiary’s name that you input should resemble the name in his/her citizenship

Sending Instructions1.Type “SEND” to indicate your intention to make a remittance transaction

2.Type your unique PIN after a space. Eg your PIN is PiN21

3.Type the Beneficiary’s full name and mobile number, without space. Eg. Beneficiary’s name is Amit Rai and mobile no. is 9841400896

4.Type the Amount you need to Remit. Eg. Rs. 5,000

5.Send to 2002
