requirements can be met by the programmes designed

2. Building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships

Develop and maintain close working relationships with the Pricing, Reimbursement and Market Access team and with regional counterparts

Ensure all activity is aligned with the broader Health Economics & Market Access strategy across EMEA through integrated working with the Neurosciences Health Economics & Market Access Director

Spend time in key markets understanding the unique reimbursement dynamics associated with our client’s products in Neurological and Rehabilitation indications

Work with regional and global marketing colleagues and selected clinical KOLs and payers in strategic advisory activities

Support regional KOL advocacy through provision of health economic and value information via the wider Health Economics & Market Access team

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified to at least Degree level

Professional qualifications in one of the following areas are desirable but not essential: Economics; Health Economics; Health Policy; Healthcare Management etc.

Experienced professional with an excellent understanding of Market Access and/or Pricing and Reimbursement.

Demonstrable success in a related role, having taken projects from concept through to delivery

Strong understanding of Health Economic principles and the ability to assimilate and simplify data and concepts effectively

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and stakeholders

Matrix leadership skills; the ability to bring groups to consensus and gather input from a wide range of stakeholders

Entrepreneurial, resourceful, tenacious and diplomatic.

High degree of proactive initiative with a sense of urgency and strong commercial awareness.

Flexible and adaptable style with the ability to learn and assimilate information quickly.
