Every Tuesday at 1.00pm the Seniors Tai Chi group meets at the Glenunga Hub, 70 Conyngham Street, Glenunga You will need to have a My Aged Care referral, be aged over 65 years, living in the eastern region and requiring low level care or support to stay independent in your own home. Sessions run for approximately 1 hour Cost is $5 per class Anyone who wishes to take part will need to complete a medical clearance form prior to commencement (provided) For further informaon contact the Home Support Program on 8366 4144 involved Funded by the Australian Government Department of Health.
