number The school’s address and postcode Collection & return conditions Loans box hire normally runs from Saturday to Saturday. Loans boxes can be collected from reception at The Collection after 1pm on the first Saturday of your hire period. A member of staff will check the contents with you and ask you to sign for it. Please bring full payment when collecting your loans box(es). Payment can be made by cash, cheque (payable to Lincolnshire County Council) or card. You will receive a receipt. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT INVOICE. Upon returning the loans box(es) a member of staff will check the contents with you again. Please inform staff of any breakages or missing items. There may be a small charge for replacing some items. Please ensure that your loans box is returned before 1pm on the last Saturday of your loan period. This prevents problems when a box is due to go back out on the same day.

We have a number of exciting loans boxes available for all the subjects we cover in our Investigate education programme. The boxes

contain a mixture of real and replica objects for handling and display, together with information, photographs and suggested classroom

activities supporting the National Curriculum.

Medieval Includes wooden trenchers, pottery, tiles, keys, and bone skates (real and replica objects).

Ancient Greece Includes pottery, Olympic games objects, theatre masks, and wax tablets (replica objects).

Ancient Egypt Includes jewellery, Sarcophagi, Shabtis, scribes’ writing sets and amulets (replica objects).
