Graduates of the class of 1962 - Kensington High School

Good News

1. This newsletter is a followup to our reunion and pictures we thought everyone would like to see. We are issuingthis newsletter now rather than later this year. At the reunion, Tom Harris took pictures of the graduates based onthe school they attended prior to going to Kensington H. S. Below you will see attachments which are labeled"Reunion pictures by feeder school # 9 or 11 or, etc."

Lets say you went to PS # 68 and were not able to come to the reunion but you wanted to see your classmatesfrom PS # 68. The attachment shows Tom's picture and list the names of the graduates who are shown. Pleasetake some time to look at all of the feeder school pictures. If you attended one of the Catholic schools all of thegraduates are shown in a single picture.

Because there was a lot going at the reunion some of the graduates did not hear their school beingannounced. We think we have identified the ten graduates who came and did not make their school picture. Wefound pictures for eight of the ten graduates (Paul Beicke, Norm Kazmierzak, Bob Boccolucci, Dorothy Krantz,Jim Brennan, Patricia Flynn, Thomas Bienias and Barbara Jean Florian) and they have their own uniqueattachment. The two graduates we have not located pictures for are Barb Salacinski - Nowak and Mary AnnStepka - Bauer.

2. We have also included an attachment with the list of graduates which we have not be able to locate. Themajority of the missing people are females and without their married name we will not locate them. Please reviewthe list and if you have any information on any of them please send a e-mail to Forty9ford@aol.com.

Helpful information would be:a) their married name orb) the State that they lived in when you last talked to them orc) their brother's or sister's name ord) name of someone who was one of their best friends at Ken.

We would like to be able to send an invitation to everyone for our 50th year reunion in August 2012. Your helpwould be appreciated.

3. In our last newsletter we wrote that Gary Guncher had a stroke. We are happy to say Gary is out of theHospital and is in rehabilitation. We know he would appreciate cards or e-mails - 3221 White IBIS Court, B2,Punta Gorda, FL 33050 or gunsh9@aol.com.

4. We are also happy to tell you Sandra Crocker Covelli is doing better. She is out of the hospital and is also inrehabilitation. Sandy's address is 89 Arend Ave. Williamsville, N Y 14221.

Not so Good News

1. On December 17, 2007 we lost another graduate. Jo Ann Decker became the 23 graduate to pass on.
