In PO16, we did three rotation activities to practice building sentences. In this activity, we

put three related pictures together and we wrote a sentence about one picture.

A boy likes to play on

the snow.

The girl is making a sandcastle and she put some shell and

the wind blew it.

In the second rotation, we played a puzzle game. This skill building puzzle provides students with

building sentence practice. Each colored puzzle with a word represents a part of a sentence.

In the third rotation, the challenge was to create funny sentences. Each piece had a beginning sentence, but

the fun starts when the sentences are mixed up!
