Pretension Screens
Our Quality Pretension Screens are made to fit equipment manufactured by most OEM companies.The tension of the screen is provided by epoxy resin or carefully controlled spot welds. Our entire range of
round Pretension Screens are shipped with a gasket attached to speed up screen changes. Our rings are manufactured from approved FDA components.
Each of our Pretension Screens uses a rolled foundation ring made from high quality 304 stainless steel. The ring is seal welded to eliminate contamination of your product inside the rolled form providing a cleaner surface for your finished product.
Sizes available for our Pretension Screens:18”, 24”, 30”, 40”, 48”, 60” and 72” Other sizes are available upon request.
Edged Screens
Our Edged Screens are made to fit any type of rectangular or box sifter including equipment made by most OEM’s. Screen sizes are available in 12” to 80” widths with lengths made to your specifications. Other
shapes and sizes are available upon request.
Each screen can be provided with edge treatments made with white canvas, PVC or high-temp black. Center wear strips and stainless steel grommets for automatic screen tension can be provided upon request.
Hooked Screens
Our Hooked Screens are made to fit various separator machines from most OEM companies. Canvas inserts are provided for fine mesh screens for protection against premature screen wear.
Standard galvanized hooks are available in Type 2, Type 3, and Type 5 styles. Stainless steel hooks are also available upon request. Screens can feature a single layer of mesh or a double layer using a coarser mesh for top screen support. A triple layer screen is also available for specialized applications.
