TEAM WEAR AND MERCHANDISE PACKAGES

One voucher per team per week.with your sponsorship package the club receives $10 off vouchers which are to be supplied to all teams and to be used in-store at Port Rd Sports. What we require from you is to provide us with number of teams you have in your club and the number of games that each team has for the season. we need this information as soon as possible so that we can provide you with the vouchers at the beginning of the season.

SPONSORSHIP SUPPLY GUIDELINES

1. Sports Centres terms for all accounts: - A credit application form must be submitted to our accounts department. *terms apply. - Sports Centre will require a 50% deposit for all bulk orders. - All accounts are Nett 30 days. 2. Sports Centre to assist with the design and production of merchandising and order form and to assist with all design changes.

3. Sports Centre to assist with fit out.

4. On any products, production will not begin until confirmation of all designs are signed off on.

5. All purchasing must be conducted by a nominated delegate from the club and all orders are to be sent through via e-mail with an order number.

6. Any quality, delivery or general problems that may arise should immediately be directed the Managing Director - Email: [email protected]

7. New Player order/Re-cuts for SC Sublimated Jerseys are to be placed before every Monday of the week for delivery in two weeks.

8. A mid-year review will be required to asses the performance of the contract.

9. Upon settlement of proposal an agreement must be signed by both a club official and Sports Centres Managing Director.

10. Sports Centre’s sponsorship to your club is reliant on the purchasing of full on field apparel, merchandise range, soccer equipment and medical supplies. Medical will also have individual reward packages offered to suit your clubs needs.

11. Sports Centre will be recognised as a sponsor of the club

Team Wear & Merchandise Showroom & Retail Sales

This new development provides complete management of club team wear and merchandise by your designated soccer representative from Sports Centre in liaison with your club merchandise/equipment officer. This process allows the soccer representative to ensure that all club requirements in the field of design, quantities and orders are met. By applying the concept of only having one merchandise/equipment officer, it will help ensure that there is no confusion and goods can be delivered promptly.

With this new development, Sports Centre specialises in Club Uniform Distribution.
