Status Updates

BioSurety Update:

The Army Biosurety regulation AR 50-1 has been incorporated into the contracts for contractor BSAT laboratories.

Commercial Sales Policy Update:

No policy issued by OFPP. The intent of Public Law 108-136 Sec. 803 allowing sales was incorporated into DoD Instruction 5535.10, with PDUSD(AT&L) responsible for establishing guidance and implementing a program (in coordination with OFPP).
