Fall Muskie FishingOne of the best times of theyear to visit the Northwoodsof Wisconsin is in the fall. Why? Because the BoulderJunction area is the MuskyCapital of the World. Andwhy would you stay at theWildcat Lodge? Becauseour three lakes, Big andLittle Kitten and WildcatLake are all Class A Muskywaters.

The odds are in your favorat our three lakes that you'dbe able to get your firstmusky. If you're a die-hardmusky hunter, you alsohave a chance to get yourpersonal best on our lakes. And what's better still, youdon't have to travel and towyour boat from one lake toanother. You can launchyour boat on Wildcat Lakeand have your own dock(lighted and with electric) right by your cabin.

In this photo, Wildcat Guest Lisa Dziedzina shows off one of her muskies caught on WildcatLake last fall. Although she's new to the challenge of muskie fishing, she already has threeto brag about and all came from Wildcat and Big Kitten Lakes.

Glide baits, bucktail spinners and suckers are good baits to try on our lakes at this time ofyear. Some of our guests have caught 2 and 3 muskies in one day on our lakes.

For reservations call the Wildcat Lodge at (715) 385-2421 and book your dream vacationtoday.
