SUBCONTRACTOR LIST
Project Planning / Scheduling Tools Used by the Yard / Facility
Ameil Constructors Limited utilizes Jonas Construction Software. This is a Job Cost, Project
Management, Accounting package that ties together all business units to create efficiencies.
At the core of the Jonas solution is the Construction Accounting Software, which consists of five robust
and highly configurable components. Each additional element of the Jonas software is built from this
core accounting software base, making the construction accounting software system extremely stable
and secure while delivering significant reporting flexibility. Seamless integration between every module
maximizes data accuracy and efficiency by eliminating duplicate data entry.
Accounting
Fully GAAP compliant and designed specifically for contractors, the General Ledger (GL) module is both
powerful and easy to use. Open accounting period flexibility allows work in the current period (month,
quarter, year, etc.) while the previous period is still open. Jonas construction accounting software's user-
level security clearly defines who can post transactions to any given period, and multi-company
accounting automatically completes routine inter-company transactions
Payroll
Features of construction payroll software include:
• Current, historical and archived pay history, pay period to pay period
• Multi-union processing and reporting
• "Mini-Personnel" allows for tracking of absences, reminders and personnel notes
Job Cost
The core of the Job Cost system is the Job Cost module, which helps, track five different cost types
(actual, estimated, change order, committed and forecasted final).
Project Management
From one screen, your project managers can access Actual Billing, Actual Cost, RFI, Submittal,
Transmittal , Proposed Change Orders, Actual Change Orders, Purchase Order, and Subcontract
information. All of this information is available with drill down capability.
Document Management (Digio) Fully integrated with the entire Jonas solution, Document Management allows you to electronically
capture, file, organize, retrieve, share, manage and generally control all documents generated from your
Jonas software system and third party applications, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
and Adobe Acrobat (PDF files).

Employees are given the opportunity and responsibility to assist in developing health and safety policies, stan-dards, procedures and work plans. Ameil expects all employees to follow correct safety and health practices.
This Occupational Health and Safety Policy is implemented and administered by Ameil through ongoing implementation of its Occupational Health and Safety Program (OHSP). This program, which complies with legislative requirements, sets minimum requirements to be practiced by employees.
It is the policy of the company to establish, maintain and participate in an Occupational Health and Safety Committee at its workplace, regardless of the number of employees on hire. This Committee consists of a manager, a unionized supervisor and a tradesman representative (pre-ferably a shop steward); if no trades’ employees are on hire the Committee will retire until fu-ture jobs require hiring. Management and administration is committed to work with the OHS Committee, using the proscribed forms and schedules outlined in this manual, to ensure lost time accidents and incidents that may lead to losses are reduced as much as possible and em-ployees can enjoy a safe workplace.
As an indicator of personal commitment, I insist Health and Safety excellence is a priority in all aspects of our work lives and business activities.

Rim Clamps - For TOUGH REFORMING JOBS!
Jackscrews apply pressure on specifi c high points to precisely reform and align the pipe or shells. Ideal for applications that
require 100% weld and grind without releasing clamping pressure to prohibit cracking of partially completed welds.
The clamp can also be used to round the pipe or shell on which it is placed. All surfaces of the Rim Clamp that contact the pipe are made of stainless steel so that this clamp can be used for nuclear and other similar applications.
The 14" to 16" (356mm to 406mm) and larger Rim Clamp closes over the pipe automatically, minimizing risk of injury to the operator.
The Clamp will reform 45,000psi tensile strength pipes up to Schedule 80, with out-of-round conditions up to 2" (51mm).

Pipe Wall Thickness
All calculations based on a temperature of 72ºF (22ºC).WARNING: Contact Mathey Dearman when pipes are cladded with materials such as Inconel or Titanium. As temperature decreases below 0ºF (-18ºC), the ability of the clamp to reform the pipe wall listed will decrease sharply.
• EXTREMELY ACCURATE fit-up on large diameter pipe or shells.
• Hi-Lo—Handles out-of-round conditions up to 2" (51mm).
• EASY ALIGNMENT AND REFORMING—Pressure can be applied to the high point of the pipe or vessel to reform it to the required shape.
• VERSATILE—The clamp can be used for steel or stainless steel applications.

Mega Rim Clamp—High Tensile Strength Reforming
Please provide us with the following information in order to specify the Mega Rim Clamp for your application.
1. Pipe diameter (inches or millimeters) ________________2. Pipe wall thickness (inches or millimeters) ____________
3. Pipe tensile strength or type material ________________
4. Horizontal or vertical application ____________________
5. Ambient temperature _____________________________
• EXTREME REFORMING CAPABILITY— Reforms high tensile strength pipes.
• Hi-Lo—Can be used on pipe out-of-round condition up to a 2" (51mm) with out-of-round condition.
• VERSATILE—Engineered based on actual customer applications.
MEGA RIM CLAMPPart No.
D711-2632M
The Mega Rim Clamp aligns and reforms high tensile strength X65, X70 and X80 pipes with wall thicknesses
up to 7/8" (22mm) (see chart below for tensile strengths). The clamp reforms pipe out-of-round condition up to 2" (51mm), gaining its strength from heavy-duty oval shaped side plates, latching mechanism, and fl ip-up jackbars for mating pipes.
The hinged fl ip-up jackbars, placed with precision on the clamp, can be rotated away from the primary pipe for insertion of the mating pipe, valve or fi tting to facilitate welding and grinding. The independent pivoting pads of the jackscrews allow for uneven surfaces on the pipe. To avoid risk of contamination, all surfaces of the Mega Rim Clamp that come in contact with the pipe are made of stainless steel.
