October 7, 2015—Warwick site

An arch for a wetlands bridge is transported to the bridge foundation. Tires cushioned the arch

when it was first unloaded from a truck. The bridge protects environmentally sensitive wetlands.

October 13, 2015—Offices/Services Building

A green roof covered with a type of succulent vegetation called sedum changes color before

going dormant in winter. Sixteen varieties of sedum are planted on the roofs.

Green roofs, which help the environment by controlling stormwater,

reduce energy expenses and need only weeding to remain healthy.

A carpenter installs scribe molding in the kitchen of a residential room.

The Carpentry Department had installed more than 60 percent of all kitchen cabinets

by the end of February 2016.

the Watch Tower logo on the courtyard tower.

The Offices/Services Building, with its courtyard tower and entrance lobby, is illuminated at

night. The tower will offer visitors a unique view of the Warwick site and its surroundings.

After the subsill is leveled and the drywall is secured, a finished windowsill will be installed.

Pavers are installed on a rainy day. At the right center of the photo,

a white screed grades two layers of aggregate to a level plane. In the foreground,

an excavator fitted with a hydraulic installation clamp lowers pavers into place.

On the left, a plastic tarp covers topsoil to prevent erosion.

the Offices/Services Building. The cover will protect visitors from rain and snow.

Mechanics install dryers in the Laundry Department.

The dryers have capacities ranging from 6 to 45 kilograms (15 to 100 lbs).

Washing machines will be installed along the left wall.

Between September 2015 and February 2016, certificates of occupancy were received for

Residences C and D, allowing workers to be accommodated there.

All building elevators were installed.

Construction on Residence Drive, including the laying of pavers, was completed.

Because of the mild winter, landscaping proceeded ahead of schedule.

February 24, 2016—Maintenance Building/Resident Parking

A member of the suspended-ceiling crew walks on stilts to install the ceiling grid.

The Walls/Ceilings Department cares for framing, insulating, hanging and finishing drywall,

and plastering, as well as installing firestopping in wall penetrations.
