1 Lay Servant Training can help anyone who is interested in learning more in their pursuit of being a better leader and servant for Christs church. These classes can be used as tools in discerning Gods call for your personal walk and ministry. If you are a Lay Servant, you must attend the ENTIRE course in order to receive credit for certification or recertification. Recertification is required every three years for both Certified Lay Servants and Certified Lay Speakers. Basic Course Offered The Basic Course This course is the foundaon for all other Learning and Leading courses. In this course you are encouraged to discover and employ personal spiritual giſts as God intended. Parcipants are invited to consider the im- portance of exercising servant leadership, developing future leaders, remaining rooted in consistent spiritual pracces, and being part of a group that holds members accountable in their discipleship.
