My name is Mikhail. I live in the Far East in a very picturesque town which is situated at the very edge of our

country, in Nakhodka, to be exact.

My town is famous for not only magnificent sea and marvelous nature but also for its people. A lot of

hardworking, creative and talented people live and work in my town. I am proud of all my townspeople who live here and

whose names are known all over my country and in the world.

One of them is Sergei Spichenkov.

Now I want to tell you some words about Sergei Spichenkov.

Also it was exciting for me to know that Sergei Spichenkov is the absolute champion of Primorsky region and the Far

East in bodybuilding.

The fact is that he is the Master of Sports in bodybuilding and Candidate Master of Sports in paurliftingu.

I am proud of my countryman who was born on the 15th of August, 1975 in Nakhodka, in my native town.

Sergei got the title of Master of Sports of International Class (MSIC) in bodybuilding on the 27th of August 2012.

Sergei`s career resumed in 2003, when he took part in the Prymorsky Championship and got the titile of "Mr. Primorye".

I do strongly agree that any sport and bodybuilding, in particular, keeps us strong and healthy.

It helps us to develop

good qualities, such as persistence, confidence and ability to set the goal and do everything to reach it.

I admire Sergei Spichenkov`s strong character and try my best to develop such features of character in myself.

Naturally, I wish my countryman new records.
