This high troque performance compound clutch & brake ensurs movement slide quick stops at precise position, the production is thereforefast and safe.
This series of presses from 63-250 tons are all equipped withhydraulic overload safety device instantly goes into emergency stopmode to protect the die and the press,without concern about die jam.
This series of presses from 63-250 tons are all equipped witheasy to use motorised slide adjuster,and the slide depth islocked by a unique penumatic macanism.Easily and quicklyadjust accurate die height by pushing up and down buttonson the operation stand and easy to read.Die height indicatoris also installed in the slide.
The guide rail is made of phosphorus bronze which is exellent resistance and ensures smooth and accurate slide movement. Not only improves workeffociency with perfect production quality but also extends life.
The ball rod is made of EN-24 alloy steel for longer duration. Extra aluminiumbronze is added as its nut for accurate movement without sudden changes.
