The Nominating Committee meeting (that was can-celled due to snow) has been re-scheduled for tonight Sunday, 1/31 @ 530pm in the Conference Room (106).

Wednesday evenings at SBC begin at 630pm. We have something for everyone!! (Nursery, Awana, 923 Youth (530pm), Mid-week Worship & Prayer Service and Worship Ministry practice).

A Property & Grounds committee meeting is sched-uled for Monday, 2/8 at @ 630 pm in the Conference Room (106). Please make plans to attend this meeting.

This year’s SUPER VBS Clinic will be held on Saturday, 3/5 at Swift Creek Baptist in Midlothian. This is a great day of fellowship as well as a “sneak peek” and valuable training to help with planning our VBS 2016! We would love to have as many volunteer as possible attend. A signup sheet is available at the Welcome Center or at the VBS display at the Children’s Check-in area. Lunch is FREE if registered by 3/3!

This conference will be simulcast (meaning we'll watch it on the

screen). On Feb. 19th the doors will open at 5:30 and Joey's

Cakes and Convections will cater a sweetheart dinner begin-

ning at 6. Fun and games will be provided by our Women of

Grace. At 7:25 pm we will begin the simulcast. The following

morning, Feb. 20th, the Baptist Men will provide breakfast start-

ing at 8:30 and at 9:20 we will begin the second portion of the

simulcast. Childcare (with meals) will be provided during all

hours because we want every couple possible to attend this

event! It's going to be a good one! *Dinner tickets are limited!
