Servants 8th Annual Golf Tournament Sponsorship Package

Dear Prospective Sponsor,

With great enthusiasm, Servants is sending this letter to inform you of a special sponsorship opportunity

available to your organization. Servants will be holding our 8th annual Golf Tournament on September

10, 2016 at Briarwood West Golf Course. We are offering your organization the opportunity to assist in

the sponsorship of this event. This fundraiser has been established to benefit the ministry of Servants

and to promote our many mission opportunities to the communities of York County!

By sponsoring the golf tournament, your organization is helping us change the world through our special

programs. Servants provides local churches and groups opportunities to serve on mission trips and

projects overseas, around the U.S., and right here in York County. We have sent local groups to serve in

orphanages in Guatemala and India. In the past five years, we have sent disaster recovery teams to

Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Iowa, New Jersey, & New York to help with the rebuilding from Hurricanes

Katrina & Ike and other disasters. Our Home Helps ministry benefits the homeowners of York County

directly by providing home repair and maintenance services to the elderly, disabled and single parents in

need in our communities. Your sponsorship will go a long way to helping us continue to serve.

Evening meal sponsor – Cost approximately $500 –At the meal provided after the tournament your organization would have a sign reading “Meal provided courtesy of “Your Organization”. Hot Dog Bar sponsor – Cost approximately $150 – At the Hot Dog Bar provided before the tournament your organization would have a sign reading “Hot Dog Bar provided courtesy of “Your Organization”. Longest Drive Prize – Cost approx $150 – Two prizes available. Drivers for Men’s and Women’s. Yard sign with your organization name at the tee box of the long drive hole. Closest to the Pin Prize – Cost $50 each – Two prizes available. Yard sign with your organization name at the tee box of the closest to the pin hole. Putting Contest Prize – Cost $75 - Putter. Yard sign with your organization name at the practice green where the contest is held. Sponsorship Letter of Agreement

Company Name: agrees to provide a financial sponsorship (monetary donation or product donation in the amount equivalent to the

agreed sponsorship level) for Servants Golf Tournament. As a sponsor, I understand I will receive the applicable

sponsorship opportunities described in the packet. I also understand these opportunities will not be valid until this

agreement is signed and payment has been issued to and accepted by Servants, Inc. As a sponsor, I agree to

provide digital art work for all promotional advertising (formats accepted: tiff, eps or jpeg). Email to
