Every entrance installed or serviced by Besam is numbered with a unique six-digit number dedicated strictly to that door. Cost ControlThe flexibility of Besam Service allows you to balance your maintenance expenses against your real-world budget. In designing your plan, you have the option to add or delete a number of maintenance elements to suit your cost goals, while meeting your overall performance and safety needs.

A comprehensive service program is the key to extending the life of your equipment, keeping it functioning at optimal levels, and preventing problems before they occur. Automatic doors need periodic maintenance and regular inspection to insure safe and reliable performance. Besam service agreements include one to four Planned Maintenance (PM) visits per year, depending on the comprehensiveness of your program. A PM visit includes a minimum of 22-point inspection of your equipment for performance and wear, making replacements as needed, and insuring that your equipment is functioning to recommended standards.

In addition to the daily safety check that you should perform each day on your equipment, the American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers (AAADM) recommends that your door equipment be certified and inspected at least annually. All Besam agreements include an annual AAADM inspection, which provides you assurance that your doors are operating in compliance with the latest codes and standards, as well as maintaining your doors to the recommended standard.

Planned Maintenance AgreementsScheduled Planned Maintenance visits provide you with the security of knowing your equipment is regularly inspected and certified, as well as reducing your cost of ownership. During this period, an agreed upon number of PM visits will be conducted to clean, inspect, lubricate and certify your door for safety along with a minimum 22-point inspection. In addition, you will receive an AAADM certification. Any service calls required during the term of this contract (including labor, travel and parts) are billed on a time and material basis. This option can also provide you with a discount on labor and parts throughout the duration of the agreement.

Planned Maintenance and Labor AgreementsProvides you with all the benefits of a Planned Maintenance agreement along with the added advantage of labor and travel being included for service calls during regular business hours. The only additional charge is for any parts that may be needed throughout the term of this agreement, which can be offered at special discounted rates.

Full Maintenance AgreementsFull Maintenance agreements provide you with the ultimate protection for your automatic door investment. This includes your scheduled PM visits, AAADM certification, all labor and travel during regular business hours and all parts, including anything that relates to the automation and activation of your door. A Full Maintenance agreement is an excellent way to budget your automatic door expenses annually.

Revolving door service

After the installation of your manual or automatic Besam revolving door, protect your investment with a Planned Maintenance agreement. Besam offers three types of agreements to meet your individual needs. Our most popular is Besam’s Full Maintenance agreement which covers all parts and labor for any service calls during normal business hours. This allows you to budget and control your costs for revolving door service throughout the year. In addition, the agreement includes two to four Planned Maintenance visits a year. During those visits, Besam performs a minimum 22-point inspection that includes adjustment and replacement of worn parts preventing small breakdowns from turning into costly repairs.
