#Copyright 2009 Juniper Networks, Inc. www.juniper.net Business Rules for Renewal ProcessBatch Process LogicImplement the below business rules in the Batch ProcessSearch for all agreement line items that are expiring in the next quarter(75 days prior to quarter start date)Create service renewal opportunities and quotes with the customer structure from each of the expiring agreementsExpiring Agreement Line Items will form Service Renewal Quote Line itemsExpiring Agreement Net price will be the value on the Renewal OpptyAdd line items from agreements scheduled to expire in the subsequent 3 qtrs with the same customer structureThe line items from all the Agreements with the same Account structure will be combined in the same renewal quoteRenewal opportunity will reflect that in funnel values and total valueFor Quote Line Item, with a Service SKU associated to an Asset SN, captured through the additional 3 qtrs agreement inclusion processExclude the line item if the Asset SN is associated to another Service Agreement Line Item with Status / Sub Status = Active / CompleteService SKU with the same Item Type value (SVC, SUBREN, RTU-SUB)End Date is NOT in the additional 3 qtr rangeExclude the item from the Opportunity as wellExclude any line items that are cancelled/terminatedExclude any line items that have sub-status renewed New requirement to be fixed in July Batch processFor Sweep functionality, exclude Asset SNs withService Decline flag = YFor Sweep functionality, exclude Asset SNs withAssociated to Entitlement(s) with End Date < Batch Run Date 365 Days ORWarranty End Date < Batch Run Date 365 Days AND No Entitlement associated
