The Honble Lt. Governor, Delhi is pleased to order transfer/ posting of 1AS

officers, with immediate effect, as under: --

. Sh. Vikas Anand, lAS (AGMUT: 2002), Secretary-cum-Commissioner (lndustries). holding additional charges of MD (DSIIDC), CEO (DUSIB), CEO (DDMA) and Chairperson, DSSSB shall be relieved of the additional

charge of CEO (DDMA).

2. Sh. Sanjay Goel, IAS (AGMUT:2004), MD (DT &TDC) holding additional

charges of Director (DAM) and VC (DAMB), shall also hold the additional

charge of Member Secretary, Dialogue and Development Commission of

Delhi.

3. Sh. Vijay Kumar Bidhuri, lAS (AGMUT:2005), MD (DTC) shall also hold

the additional charge of Director (UTCS), relieving Ms. Shilpa Shinde, IAS

(AGMUT: 2006), Special Commissioner (T & T) holding additional charges of Member Secretary (DCW) and Director (UTCS) of the additional charge

of Director (UTCS).

4. Sh. D. N. Singh, lAS (AGMUT: 2005), Commissioner (Food Safety) holding additional charge of Special Secretary (Home), shall also hold the

additional charge of MD, DCHFC.

5. Sh. S. B. Shashank, lAS (AGMUT: 2007), Director (wCD) holding additional charge of Director (Social Welfare) is transferred and posted as

Member, DSSSB.

6. Ms. Rashmi Singh, 1AS (AGMUT: 2007), Additional Commissioner (North DMC) is transferred and posted as Director (wCD) with additional charge

of Director (Social Welfare).

7. Sh. Prashant Kumar Panda, IAS (AGMUT : 2008), awaiting posting is posted as Additional Commissioner, East Delhi Municipal Corporation.

8. Sh. Ajay Kumar Bisht, IAS (AGMUT : 2011), Member (DUSIB) holding additional charge of Additional CEO (DJB) is transferred and posted as

Member, DJB on deputation.

Sh. B. S. Jaglan, IAS (AGMUT : 2011), CVo, Delhi Jal Board holding 9. additional charge of cvo, IPGCL/PPCL and DTL, shall also hold the

additional charge of CVO, DSIIDC.

10. Sh. Vikram Singh Mallik, IAS (AGMUT: 2012), OSD in H& FW Department, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, North

Delhi Municipal Corporation with additional charge of OSD in H & FW

Department.
