The proposed modification involves the addition of a new cyclone and storage bin for the collection and storage of hogged planer shavings. The modification will not result in an increase in annual emissions of PM/PM10/PM2.5 above the PSD significant emission rates. Therefore, the project is not subject to PSD.

The installation of the new cyclone and bin are conservatively anticipated to result in emissions increases in 8.4 tons per year of PM, 5.4 tons per year of PM10, and 3.3 tons per year of PM2.5.

The proposed construction for the modification is scheduled to begin starting August 15, 2017 and is to be completed by September 15, 2017.
