Questions & AnswersInput, what and how do you receive images before being processed, are there minimum requirements?
To receive & deliver images, we use several popular services.1. Dropbox2. WeTransfer3. FTP
If you want us to use your own FTP, Server or any other 3rd party file transfer system, we will use that as well.
Output, how do you deliver your work?
Minimum RequirementsAre there any minimum requirements?
No. There is no minimum requirements. But we prefer bulk order.
Process Flow
Approval
Client check the processed images and approve the work. If any modification required, client will send the images back to ZC
Team as redo task. ZC Team will redo task without additional cost.
Quality Check by ZC
ZC team will check processing quality before
sending to client

ZC will process according to instruction.
Start
File Transfer with proper instruction using Dropbox, FTP,
Wetransfer or any other 3rd party file transfer system.
Process Flow of Zenith Clipping
File Transfer - AutomaticWe Prefer using dropbox. When a client agree to work with us we create a dedicated folder for that client. Each time client wants to share images with us, client will create a sub-folder under that folder, he/she will drop all images in that folder. We will get the files once uploading is completed from client end. We will check the instruction and files before start working.
Once our team finish processing the images, we create a folder under that subfolder “Done” and we will keep all the processed files within that folder. Once uploading is completed from our end, dropbox will start syncing folder & files in client end.
File Transfer - ManualClient can send us files by using WeTransfer or FTP or any other 3rd party link. We will process the images and send back to client by using Dropbox / WeTransfer.
FTP can be done automated. At the moment, we are not using any customized software for files transfer. Currently, we rely on Dropbox & WeTransfer. We have premium subscription on both platforms.
SLA’s Performance SpeedOur current production capacity 5000 images per day with 150+ employee. We are able to process 20% more when we have more images then regular.
● TAT - Turnaround time for 5000 images is 24 hours. (Depends on the complexity of images)

Validation ProcessOur Process
1. Download at Local Server2. Files will be shared with Team Leader3. Team leader will distribute to designers4. Designer will process and send it to QC Team5. QC Team will review each files (1st Check)6. QC Manager will review each files according
to instruction (2nd Check)7. QC Manager will deliver files to Client8. Client will review and approve the work9. If any modification requires, client will send
back the images to us. We will process them without additional cost.
Automated Validation Process
Not applicable. We validate all of our images manually. It gives us better result and satisfy our clients.
How we calculate service amountWe use Google Spreadsheet to track the amount of images send by a client.
DiscountsWe offer discounts to every client's depends on the number of images we process for them. Please see the chart to understand our discount model.
