• Capture your learner’s attention.

• Repeat information.

• Transfer information to real life.

• Feature a mix of activities.

Establish a positive relationship with participants

• Greet participants. • Make eye contact.• Set behavior guidelines.• Give participants the option to pass on or opt out of

any activity.• Summarize points made before moving on to the
