1. Teacher’s day celebration

We celebrate Teachers' day every year throughout the country on 5th
September. Students express their gratitude and appreciation for
their teachers on this day. This day is dedicated to Dr. Sarvepalli
Radhakrishnan – second President of India.

2. Mata ka jaagran
Venue: Temple area
Date: 01th October 2016
Venue: Main ground
Mata Ki Chowki was organised for the students and Arya Family
members, where everybody felt blessed &Got divine darshan of
Various Incarnations of Mata Rani & danced while singing the Bhajans
of Maa.

Venue: Basketball Court and Main Auditorium
The Electrical Solar Vehicle Championship North Zone is technical
event.This events organized ISIE India in the campus of Arya Groups of
colleges by which participants shows the theirperformance of technical
skills.

On the occasion of Republic day, college organized a celebration event for
faculty as well as students. After the Flag hosting sweet had been
distributed in faculties and students.

5. Jaipur Marathon Organized by AU Finance
Bank
Date: 3rdFebruary 2018
Venue: Jaipur
On the occasion of open Marathon event which was organized by AU bank
jaipur to bring people together, while communicating important race
information. From providing real-time race updates, to commemorating this year’s marathon as one of remembrance and celebration. Students have participated and won the prize.

During February month’s sports week, ACERC college management organized Robo race competition with the help of student
coordinators. All participant carried their own designed robo. Race
track were designed differently for different rounds. Later all winner
have awarded with trophy and certificate.

A talent show is an event in which participants perform the arts of
singing, dancing, lip-syncing, acting, martial arts, playing an instrument,
poetry, comedy or other activities to showcase skills. Many talent

9. Badminton Competition

On the occasion of sports week ACERC college management organized a
badminton event. The importance of sports activity encompasses more
than just the benefit of physical activity. It helps in enhancing self-esteem
and mental alertness among students. Also, it teaches punctuality,
discipline and teamwork.
On this occasion, Principal sir quoted," We should not understate the
importance of sports. Today is the clock of change where sports not only
is there for keeping us health conscious but now it is being recognized as
Career.

10. Fashion Show
Date: 24thFeb 2018
Venue: Main auditorium
The fashion show atmosphere was filled with glamorous music. There
was a fragrance of sandalwood throughout the room and the room was
strategically arranged with numbering on each seat. Decoration elements
were all over the place. The ambience was kept very artistic, designed
with vivid and minimal colors.
The fashion show consisted of thirty-five models, both male and female.
They all wore tasteful garments in wonderful colors and fabrics. The
designer said she was inspired by the personal style of women from
different continents and culture, which explains how far-ranging in style
the collection was.

11. Drama Competition

Venue: open area theater
Drama Competition was organized during the Fest in the open area
theater by Civil Department where the students of various years had
participated. Prizes were distributed to the top 3 Winners.

12. LAN Gaming Competition
Date: 24thFeb 2018
Venue: Main open ground
A LAN party is a gathering of Students with computers or compatible
game consoles, where a local area network (LAN) connection is
established between the devices using a router or switch, primarily for
the purpose of playing multiplayer video games together.
These rules apply to everyone attending. They can be changed without
notice.
1. You are responsible for your actions and equipment. We are not liable
for anything that happens to you and your equipment.
2. Do not attempt to steal items from the event or anyone else, legal
consequences will be there.

management of ACERC collage kukas, Jaipur.
The Principal sir of the ACERC collage quoted the importance of sports
while speaking on the occasion that the basic motive to organize this
event was to impart training to the players of the basic skills of Tug of
war.

Rangoli Competitions play an important role in motivating students to
perform and outshine in their creative skills. Rangoli is a famous art form
from India in which different shapes and designs are made on the floor or
courtyards via materials such as coloured rice, dry flour, coloured sand or
flower petals.Students participated in this competition with great
enthusiasm and put together their artistic, imaginative and creative skills
to make bright and beautiful Rangolis, exhibiting their flair in the art.
Rangolicolours, flower petals and diyas were used to decorate the
Rangolis.

26. Mehandi Competition

Mehandi competitions play an important role in motivating students to
perform and outshine in their creative skills. Mehandi is a famous art
form from India in which different shapes and designs are made on the
hand and legs prepared by mixing mehandi powder and water
proportionally. Students participated in this competition with great
enthusiasm and put together their artistic, imaginative and creative skills
to make bright and beautiful Mehandi, exhibiting their flair in the art.

Tattoo Making Competition was organized for the students in the open
areas at ACERC. Students paint patriotic, graphic and various sketches on
the hands of their friends. The top 3 Winners were awarded with
Trophies, Certificates and Cash Prizes.

28. Bridge Making Competition
29 March 2018
Venue: ACERC Lab A certain criteria were to be respected while the teams were
buildings the bridges.It was to be ensured that the length of the span
remained between a limit of 30-60 cm. The participants were told before
the start of the competitions that the load would be applied
perpendicular to the spans of their bridges.

29. Victory- Annual Day Celebration

ACERC College celebrated its annual day with unprecedented
fanfare on 29th March 2018 at the college premises. The campus
was decorated elegantly. The talented students presented
mesmerizing cultural events such as dances, plays, magic show,
etc. The Principal sir read the annual report of the school. He made the audience aware of the college’s achievements in academics and co-curricular arenas. Prizes were given away to the toppers and
other students who had brought laurels to the college in various
competitions and contests.

30. Top Guns- Farewell Celebration
Date: 31th March

A farewell party was organized at college premises where all the
seniors and juniors had a lot of fun together. The seniors received a
warm farewell by the juniors as they entered wearing elegant attire.
The programme began with the juniors performances
The Management and Authorities wished the seniors luck and well
being for their future. Later the programme was followed with the
award ceremony and title distribution. Awards were given to the
seniors keeping in mind their caliber and capability they have shown
throughout the session.
