Customer Orders are the orders placed by customers for the firm's specific product. If sales exceed Customer Orders, the additional sales came from unsatisfied orders in your niche or adjacent niches, e.g., your competitor stocked out.
The Tipping Point case has been removed from the schedule. If you purchased a copy, see me about a refund.
ETS test raw scores are here and grades should be posted by Friday. Most likely, we will grade off the highest score, i.e., the highest score will = 100%.

Dec 8 F Course/Instructor Evaluation EBI Survey BPG 6-4 due by 5:00 p.m.
