Session 38 Information items

Customer Orders are the orders placed by customers for the firm's specific product.  If sales exceed Customer Orders, the additional sales came from unsatisfied orders in your niche or adjacent niches, e.g., your competitor stocked out.

The Tipping Point case has been removed from the schedule.   If you purchased a copy, see me about a refund.

ETS test raw scores are here and grades should be posted by Friday. Most likely, we will grade off the highest score, i.e., the highest score will = 100%.

Dec 4 M BPG 6-2 due by end of class T: Follow-up memo on lessons learned or issues raised at BOD presentation is due (30 points). Memo should clearly identify key lessons learned and/or

significant issues raised by the BOD and what your company will do about them. Submit electronically with Keyword = PostBODmemo

Dec 6 W Peer evaluations due (form available from web site or Vista) BPG 6-3 due by end of class

Dec 8 F Course/Instructor Evaluation EBI Survey BPG 6-4 due by 5:00 p.m.

Dec 11 M Section 1 (8:00): 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Section 3 (10:20): 10:00 a.m. to noon Section 5 (12:40): 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
