Minimum Production Requirements To Qualify: $2,000,000 of Issued Annuity Premium / Single Premium Life. $200,000 of Issued Annualized Target Life Premium. Any Combination of Annuity & Life Premiums Equaling the Above Numbers.

Qualifying Annuities: All PFG annuity companies found in our Annuity Search Engine. Some

restrictions may apply. Call for details. SPIA business, MYGA business and certain shorter term annuities will be

counted at 50% credit toward minimum qualification.

Qualifying Life: All PFG Life Companies on our approved list of life companies.

Contest Guidelines • Agent may qualify only once. • Business must be issued and placed. Canceled and lapsed business will be subtracted

from total for minimum qualification guidelines. • All qualifying producers must be directly contracted to PFG. • Agent must be in good standing with PFG at time of trip with no transfer requests

pending and no outstanding debits. • Allianz PreferredSM production and NY production does not count toward qualification. • Excess life premium does not qualify for minimum production requirements. • Your trip is neither redeemable for cash or other remuneration nor transferable in any way. • PFG reserves the right to modify minimum requirements on the introduction of new

products and companies. • Federal/state income tax incurred as a result of attending the trip is the responsibility of

the qualifier. A 1099 in the amount of the “fair market value” of the trip will be issued. • By invitation only. • NO EXCEPTIONS to contest qualifications, guidelines, or minimum production

calculations will be considered.
