Seton Live Calendar CONGRATULATIONS to Miss Erw in, our Music
Department Chairman and director of the Beginner
Band, Concert Band and Chorus; Mrs. Kelly, direc-
tor of the Chamber Choir; Mr. Hall, Director of the
Jazz Band; and all of our student (and teacher)
musicians. The Christmas Concert Wednesday
evening was magnificent. Thank you for sharing
your talents with us.
THANK YOU to all those who contributed to
and helped put together the Good Neighbor Bas-
kets. I’m sure the rest of Seton’s neighbors were
as grateful as the neighbors who live at 9311 Ma-
ple Street.
A CHRISTMAS MEDITATION,
from A Woman Wrapped in Si-
lence by Father John Lynch:
“She wrapped Him up in swad-
dling clothes and laid Him in a
manger.”
Only that. The brief, sweet offices
Of motherhood, the gentleness that cared
Thus for a Child’s small need; the simple, calm,
Unhastened task, that in the very words
The telling takes, is strong with humanness,
And sure with peace, and must forever keep
Him ours, and say forever she is ours.
Only that, No word of great travail,
No word of pain, or fright, or ecstasy,
No strangeness. Only that. The quiet hands
“Wrapped Him up in swaddling clothes, and laid
Him in a manger.”
Jesus, thank you for becoming one of us. Mary,
Mother of Jesus and our Mother, pray for us.
May God send all of our Seton families many bless-
ings during this Christmas season.

If your family reaches its $350 goal by December 31, 2016, then your
