The menu bar takes the form so that it is first divided into parent items indicating generalprocess names, and each parent item includes child items indicating detailed process screens.

In the case of change, it is reflected on the screen immediately.

Ⅲ:Input to first-order list items

Just under the header bar, there are item names and input or selection areas.By making input(s) or selection(s) here, a refined search can be performed according to the condition(s).

Example of first-order list areas

① Item names are displayed.Since bright blue items are essential to listing, make inputs or selections for them.

② Input the refining condition on this item.If the item has two input areas connected by “To,” a range search will result.※In the case of “PO Date(YYYYMMDD)” in the above example:

If an input is made only in the left area, the search range is from the date in the left area to the end of the data.If an input is made only in the right area, the search range is from the beginning of the data to the date in the right area.If inputs are made in both areas, the search range is from the date in the left area to the date in the right area.

In the header bar, “process name,” “updating person (login user ID),” “number of display items,” “CSV delimiter,” and “lastaccess time” are displayed, among which the “number of display items” and “CSV delimiter” can be changed in the header bar.

Click here to change “CSV Delimiter”to Semicolon.

③ By clicking the calendar-like image here, calendar help can be called up.Basically, calendar help is available for items requiring date input.

By clicking the image, the following screen is displayed.

Click here to change the month.

Click a desired day here to make a selection.

④ There are some items having no input area, the conditions of which are to be specified simply in selection areas.In such a case, the items can be excluded from the conditions by specifying “ALL.”

If conditions are input or selected for multiple items, all are included in the refined search conditions.

Ⅳ:Various functions using the toolbar

Buttons, etc., to execute various processes on each processing screen are arranged in the toolbar.There are diverse functions, such as listing, page turning, data correction, and storage in database.

The following shows an example toolbar.

Upon clicking a button or icon in the toolbar, the corresponding process functions.

Gray buttons and icons do not function until they are colored under specific conditions, and they cannot be used when gray.The functions of the buttons and icons in the toolbar are explained below.

List

Also, data in an update-waiting state or a delete-waiting state are initialized by clicking “List.”

Download (CSV) (fixed format)

Upload (CSV data upload)The contents of a selected CSV file are written in the screen as new entry data.

By clicking “OK” after specifying the date with calendar help, the date is automatically entered in the input area.

The contents of the toolbar differ with processes because some functions are necessary, others are not, on each screen.

A search is performed according to the conditions of the first-order list items,and the corresponding data is displayed on screen.

The data displayed by first-order list can be downloaded in Excel CSV format.

The written data is automatically brought into an entry-waiting state if no errorhas occurred in consistency with the items in the processing.

By clicking this button, the following screen is displayed; so input a file name or select thefile from “Refer...”

Input (no data, new entry)A data creation screen for entry of new data can be displayed.By clicking this button, the following card-type child screen is displayed.

As in the case of first-order list, bright blue items are essential.Upon completion of input or selection of the values of necessary items, click the “Add” button.

Upon completion of the entry processing, click the “End” button.New data in an entry-waiting state should be added on screen.

In other cases than cancellation of entry or the like, be sure to click the “End” button.

Save (DB mass update)

Basically, this button cannot be clicked if there is no data in a waiting state.

Select columnWhether to display or not display each item and the display sequence can be freely set.Upon clicking this button, the following child screen opens.

Each item can be non-displayed by unchecking the box.

Upon completion of the processing, click “OK.”The change is reflected on screen.Also, it can be cancelled by clicking “Can.”

If there is no problem with the consistency checks of the values, etc., successful entry will result, and the entry processingcan be continued.

※This child screen can also be closed by the “×” button at the upper right, but in this case, no addition is made on screenregardless of entry.

Even if new entry, edit, or delete is performed on screen, it is not reflected in the actual database,while a simple waiting state is brought about according to the processing.

Target data is not entered or updated in or deleted from the database until the “Save” button isclicked.

By dragging a desired item and dropping it at a desired position, the displaysequence of items can be changed.

Upon completion of edit, click “OK.” Go to the beginning of the listed data.

Input a desired numerical value in the input area of the currently displayed page and click“Redisplay,” and it moves to the page specified in the input area.

With “Previous page,” it moves one page backward, and with “Next page,” it moves one pageforward.

A card-type child screen opens based on the data selected on screen, and the data can be edited.

However, this is also not reflected in the screen until

The difference from the “fixed format” is that the data is downloaded as currently displayed on screen even ifthe data displayed on screen is different from first-order list data due to column selection, second-order list, etc.

The above are the toolbar functions that are often used on each processing screen.There are also other unique toolbar functions corresponding to each process.These will be introduced in the explanations of each processing screen.

The grid section is the part indicated by ① in the following figure.

This is an extraction of the grid section.

Data items are shown horizontally, and respective data is shown vertically.Specific items are displayed collectively if the same values exist. (“D_CODE,” “Sales Order No,” etc., in the above figure.)

The entry, update, delete, etc.-waiting state of the currently-selected data is cancelled.

The currently-selected data is brought into a delete-waiting state.

The grid is like a list of data to be processed on the current screen.

A child screen for new entry opens as it contains the selected data.

The state of “Sort,” one of V: Various operations that can be performed at the grid section describedlater, is cleared.This icon can only be clicked in a sorting state.

The state of “Second-order list,” one of V: Various operations that can be performed at the gridsection described later, is cleared.This icon can only be clicked in a second-order list state.

By clicking an item name, sorting is performed with the values under the item name.

The result of sorting on “Wing Line No” in ascending order and sorting on “Order Type” in descending order is as follows:

Priority of sorting is indicated.

An up arrow indicates ascending order, and a down arrow indicates descending order.

With a first click of this part, sorting is performed in ascending order, and with a second click, sorting is performedin descending order.

In the case of sorting on one item in ascending order and then sorting by clicking another item, sorting isperformed on the first-selected item by priority, in which further sorting is performed on the second-selected item.

When the mouse cursor is moved onto the frame of an item name, the shape of the cursor changes.By dragging it at that time, the width of the item can be expanded/contracted.

The result of expansion of the width by dragging this part is as follows:

As an example, double-click this item. Then, the following child screen opens.

Input a desired value here.

Select the comparison method for listing.

By checking this box, a list of values corresponding tothe item selected by second-order list out of the dataobtained by first-order list is displayed. (See leftbelow.)

Since the column selection in the toolbar and change(s) in item length are saved on the WebServer by the user,this status will be maintained at the next access time.

By double-clicking the value of a desired data item in the grid, the child screen is opened, on which second-order list can be performed.

(Only for a character string), a selection can be madefrom “LIKE,” “=,” “>,” “>=,” “<,” “<=,” and “<>.”

If the box is checked, the value in the above text inputbox is ignored.

By clicking “OK,” the first-order list data isrefined by that condition.

By clicking “Can,” the second-order list iscancelled, and the child screen closes.
