Lobby A versatile space, the lobby is perfect for cocktail-style receptions, silent auctions, or as an add-on to any rental. It can also be used with the adjacent Café Rendezvous as the perfect complementary space for larger functions. This space is only available during the evening. Café Rendezvous This gorgeous, open-kitchen restaurant is available for private events for up to 100 guests. This space has its own private entrance, with an outdoor patio, perfect for a cocktail reception for up to 65 guests. Anschutz Hamilton Hall The gem of the History Colorado Center, Anschutz Hamilton Hall is an astonishing space for truly special events. Dine under the stars with a full view of the night sky beneath the glass roof and dance on the incredibly beautiful tile floor embedded with a unique terrazzo map of Colorado. Included in the rental is the use of our high-tech Christie® Microtile® audio-visual system, including surround sound for multimedia presentations. Auditorium The best equipped space for presentations, this 4,100 square-foot room has three built-in screens and projectors and surround sound with two wireless and two line microphones built into the speaker system. Executive Board Room A great place to host your next meeting, the Board Room can seat up to 40 people conference style, with an additional 20 seats on the perimeter. The room is fully equipped with A/V, including a projector, screen and conference phone. The Lanny & Sharon Martin Foundation Room A unique space for meetings, luncheons, or smaller private functions, this room boasts floor-to-ceiling glass windows with views of the mountains and city skyline. MDC/Richmond American Homes Foundation Mountain View Room This breathtaking event room with wrap-around windows is the perfect space to host special occasions during the day or through the night. The room boasts a gorgeous cherry hardwood floor, tall ceilings, and exceptional mountain and city views. Sip cocktails while you watch the sunset and dance the night away in this one-of-a-kind space sure to make your event even more remarkable.

We do not allow for a “choice of” on the first course. All guests will receive the same first course.
If you would like to offer your guests a “choice of” for their entrée, we limit the choice to one entrée of two offered selections.
We ask that you present the offered entree selections to your guests in advance.
The quantity of each entrée option is requested by Cater Rendezvous no later than 5 business days prior to the event.
For quality of service and ease of execution, we ask that prior to the event, clients email a list to our sales team with table numbers, guest names at each table and each guest’s specified entrée choice.
For the evening of the event, a table designator must accompany each guest’s seat with that guest’s specified entrée. This helps our Culinary team for preparation, minimization of excess waste and for a smooth execution.
We apologize, but we cannot take entrée orders the evening of the event, all menus must be quantified and specified prior to the event.

THE JUDICIAL CENTER GARAGE Located in the southwest corner of 13th Avenue and Lincoln. The entrance/exit is on Broadway, between 13th and 12th Avenue. The garage is available for public and visitor parking Monday through Friday, starting at 6 P.M. and closes at 1 A.M. The garage is open all day on Saturday and Sunday. Pre-paid parking vouchers are available. To arrange, please call Standard Parking, 303/295-9388.

The northwest corner of 12th Ave. and Broadway. The entrance/exit is on 12th Avenue between Broadway and Acoma Street. The garage is open 24 hours/day, 7 days/week
Parking Rates Morning/daytime hourly rates (non-event times) – Pay upon exiting
The event rate (posted at the garage entrance) may vary daily depending on the number and type of exhibits
and/or events in the area. The posted event rate supersedes hourly rates. Event parkers must exit the garage
by 11:59 P.M. or incur additional parking fees. Cash and major credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) are
accepted. Please keep your entry ticket receipt, as it may be requested upon leaving the parking facility.
Parking Permits Pre-paid event parking permits can be purchased in advance for large events or functions. Event organizers
are encouraged to contact the garage parking management office at 303/640-1096 for more details.
Additional Parking Meters in the area are $1/hour prior to 6 P.M., and many are free after 6 P.M. Most, if not all, take credit cards. Please read posted signs for meter rates and hours.
