This affects your ability to breathe fully and your immune system. We look @ some blocks and also ways to begin to remove those blocks. Step 5 is Mastering Authentic Self Expression in the world, the ability to speak and express your truth without fear. This centre also reflects your connection to your intuition and ability to go with the flow of life. Abundance, the power of your words to create reality.
