Algebra—Miss Killackey
We will go over chapter 5 section 2. We will review sections 1 and 2 on Tuesday. The chapter 5 section
1 and 2 Quiz is Wednesday.
*** Math tutoring is every Monday for 45 minutes after school in my room (123). (Signed permission slip is required) ***
Science—Mrs. Richter
Projects are due to be presented when school resumes. Completed research papers with the addition of their experiment write up are to be
completed at that time.
Social Studies – Miss Killackey
We will present our African Culture projects on Monday. Some groups are still not done. I told
anyone that would like to come in early Monday morning to finish they can because they will not have time to finish in class. The chapter 4 Test is
Wednesday.
Religion – Mrs. Richter
We will continue covering chapter 7. Bridging the Generation Gap Interview is due on Jan. 13.
Rubrics were passed out.
Reading – Miss Merrill
We will continue studying literary devices. Students are asked to collect whole Styrofoam pieces (not
packing peanuts) for our end of the book Touching Spirit Bear activity. Please bring to school
beginning January 9.
English – Miss Voldrich
Students have a spelling test on Tuesday and a Vocabulary test on Wednesday. We will continue discussing the importance of word choice in our
writing.
