Discharge Pump:The pump is single stage horizontal pump with axial inlet and radial outlet of the medium. The driving motor is of a special design and is consisting part of the pump. The motor shaft, is made from high alloyed steel and it also services as the shaft of the pump. The front bearing is an angular contact bearing, suitable for variable loads which are caused by waste water handled by the pump. The pump casing is of a spiral shape, with suction and pressure flanges made in compliance with DIN. The lateral side of the volute casing is of a special design, so that together with the front side of the impeller blade, it can cut up cloth and other matter into small pieces, which is necessary for undisturbed operation of the pump. Thus, no additional chopping devices are required. For this purpose, electrical mo-tor is provided with some spare power. The impeller is of a non clogging type, with two wide blades, enabling the flow of bigger particles. The sealing of the shaft is done by the mechanical seal for one direction of rotation. The seal is made of low wearing materials. The pump support is a connection between the volute casing and the electrical motor. The materials used for the manufacturer of vital parts are quality cast iron, bronze and alloyed steel, depending on the nature of transported medium. Shaft is always made of high al-loyed steel.

Air Blower:The air blower is rotary vane, dry running, air cooled compressor. It can be used to gener-ate over pressure. Inlet air must be standard dry atmospheric air. Because of dry running avoid intake of oil mist.

Chlorinator Unit:It is used for precise dosing of disinfectant to the disinfection chamber and preparation of waste water to be discharged to the environs. All parts of the device that in contact with working medium are at temperature 20 deg C resistant to NaCLO in concentration < 15%. The chlorinator unit consists of dosing pump and polyethylene tank. Dosing pump is of di-aphragm type. It is used for precise dosage of solution and is distinguished by the opera-tional reliability and high dosing accuracy. Diaphragm is attached to the piston, which moves in axial motion. This is achieved by the working mechanism that consists of, verti-cally positioned electrical motor, worm gear drive, and a shaft with ex center. Ball bearing placed on the ex center allows movement of the piston without wearing of parts. The movement of the dosing diaphragm accomplishes dosing of solution. Dosing diaphragm moves in both directions with the assistance of the inlet and outlet non return ball check valves. Manual adjustment of discharge governor, regulates piston movement and changes the pump working volume. By this, flow from zero to maximum value is provided.

Level Regulator:Magnet operated float switch operates according to the float principle with magnetic trans-mission. A reed contact built into the slip pipe is activated by the magnetic field of a perma-nent magnet on reaching a preset switching point. The permanent magnet is located in a float, which changes its height with the level of the medium being monitored. The switching

state of the reed contact can be evaluated and processed by a series connected control unit. The number and arrangement of the floats depends on the number of preset switch-ing points, their contacting function and the distance apart of the switching points.

Air Diffuser:The diffuser must be continuously charged with air, for so long as the basin is filled with waste water in order to avoid clogging. Disruption of the air feed is to be kept as short as possible.
