Leadership/Marine Skills: Sergeant York always carries himself in a professional manner, and is highly proficient in his both is primary and collateral duties. Overall he is an excellent Marine with no disciplinary issues, a detail oriented work ethic, and the type of work ethic that I would welcome in any detachment. For his outstanding level of physical fitness, work ethic, and attention to detail, Sergeant York was the only MCESG Sergeant selected for meritorious promotion for FY15, 2nd Qtr. c. Administrative: SNM is the Mess NCO. During the SAI the Mess collateral duty was found to be mission capable with one discrepancy. There was not 30 days of water on hand, however water containers had been ordered, and it was identified, annotated via memorandum for record, and submitted to the inspecting officer prior to the SAI. d. Marine Security Guard Skills: Sergeant York successfully provided so far over 1600 hours of armed internal security to the United States Consulate General Lagos, Nigeria, and was responsible for (1) OF-117 and (11) Incident Reports to initiate corrective actions for problematic security
