Mazel Tov to our B’nai Mitzvah Jack Jacobs and Vera Jacobs, son and daughter of Joshua and Rachel Jacobs, brother and sister of Charles Jacobs, grandchildren of Arkady and Tatyana Taubin, Judith Bloom and Steven Scott, and Mel Jacobs. They are both completing their 8th and 6th grade year at Trafton Academy. Jack is active on various sports teams including soccer, basketball and track. Jack enjoys hanging out with friends and playing club soccer. His chosen Mitzvah project is collecting clothes for Career Gear. Vera is also participating on Trafton’s Basketball and Tennis teams. Outside of school Vera enjoys hanging out with friends, playing guitar, and tennis. She is currently collecting clothes for Dress for Success. Both organizations help those struggling to enter the work force to improve their lives.

A minimum donation of $18 per listing is required to have your donation published in the weekly bulletin and a notification letter sent to the honoree or a deceased person’s family member. One such notification letter will be sent per donation. The deadline for donations to be published in the weekly bulletin is the previous Friday at noon. Donations are published upon submission and will not be “held” for future publication. Please be sure to provide all of the necessary information, if it’s incomplete, we are unable to process your donation efficiently. Donations with no specific fund indicated will be credited to the Synagogue General Fund.
